Sea Glass Place — Wow is all I can say.
The property is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was so cute and very comfortable. The kitchen had all the basic necessities. We had an amazing view of the sunset along the beach every evening. The property is literally on the beach and they provide paddle boards, kayak boats, etc for water activities. There are restaurants and a grocery store within a quick 5-10min drive.
Jane and Elvis are wonderful host. They are kind and attentive — quick to respond and very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend booking with them.
Sea Glass Place is Amazing!
We were greeted by Jane and Elvis, the owners, upon our arrival. As we were led on our tour to our apartment, we immediately felt the serenity. The lush greenery, the catamarans on the water, and the sound of the gentle waves was so perfect and relaxing, especially after coming in from the airport!
The apartment had everything we needed and if there was a want, all we had to do was text Jane and Elvis. Jane told us that they set up the apartment as if they were living there and that rang so true.
The beach was beautiful and quite intimate. Even though it was a public beach, we rarely saw others in the water. Looking for sea glass? This beach has wonderful pieces of sea glass of all colors including green, brown, blue, and clear pieces.
Through Jane and Elvis’ guidance on all things Grenada, you could feel the love and pride that they have for their country and their business, which helped us fall in love with the Sea Glass Place and Grenada. When we return, we will be staying at the Sea Glass Place!
We stayed at Sea Glass Place in August 5th to 9th, 2024. It is the perfect location, steps away from the sea. Everything in our apartment was laid out perfectly. Elvis and Jane are great hosts. We will be back for another vist. Thanks again for your hospitality Jane and Elvis
CloseWe had an amazing time at Seaglass with our most accommodating hosts, Jane & Elvis. They were there for us with all of our questions and needs from where to find the best Grenadian cuisine to setting us up on a wonderful and interesting island tour with their awesome driver, Pops. We loved the apartment and “almost” private beach. Lots of comfortable outdoor seating with beautiful views of the Caribbean. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with all the kitchen and bath essentials. I will definitely be back to visit Grenada and Seaglass Apartments. Thank you Jane & Elvis!
CloseOur extended family took all rooms at Sea Glass Place and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The hosts and the beach are amazing, along with the amenities provided. It was the second time there for some of us, as we truly loved our stay(s).
CloseMy adult son and I traveled to Grenada for the first time a few weeks ago and stayed at Sea Glass Place in Grande Anse. The accomodations were beyind our expectations. Breathtaking view, the scenery outside your door is postcard ready, apartment was clean, close to everything, wonderful host (Elvis) was so gracious. The apartment was honestly one of the cleanest I had every been and I travel extensively. Any information you needed is at your fingertips. I would recommend staying at Sea Glass while visiting Grenada. The accommations as well as the host make this place truly special. We will be back again for sure!
CloseThis was our first trip to Grenada and we couldn’t have made a better choice than Sea Glass Place. This place provides you a more intimate look at life on the island without the distractions of big resort hotels. A very relaxing 8 days.
The accommodations are very clean, comfortable, quite private and offer beautiful ocean views from the verandas. The kitchens are well equipped for preparing your own meals. We did breakfasts and snacks but sampled many of the local eateries in Grand Anse for our main meals. The beach is secluded and has a terrace with sunbeds, floatation devices and water toys for your use.
Jane and Elvis are the consummate hosts although we only saw Elvis on our visit. He was attentive checking in everyday to see if we needed anything. We could also contact him by phone or WhatsApp if needed. He provided great advice on the local eateries, local travel and best excursions to take. His WiFi is exceptional (even on the beach) and if, you don’t really need phone service, you can forget linking a new SIM card.
CloseThis was our third trip to Grenada and our second at Sea Glass Place. Once I found this oasis on the Caribbean I won’t stay anywhere else. Jane and Elvis have thought of everything so you don’t have to. Comfortable apartments, beautiful view, gorgeous sunsets, plenty of lounging areas in the sun or shade, private beach for sunning, swimming, kayaking or searching for sea glass. What more could you ask for? Easy access to places of interest. A 5 star place to stay in a 5 star paradise. Thank you Jane and Elvis for an amazing, much needed vacation. We’ll see you again!
CloseWow!!!! What a trip!!!! This Sea Glass Place is a true Grenada experience in itself and really don’t think you can find this at a hotel or elsewhere!! Rooms are amazing, incredible porch views/sunsets, beach as your backyard :), perfect location, snorkeling fantastic, wildlife awesome, and the locals are the nicest !! Hosts Jane & Elvis are the real deal and go above and beyond! Thank you again for having us!!! We love you Grenada !!! We will be back!!! Ouissal and Matt 2024
CloseSea Glass Place met our family’s needs and more. We spent most of our time relaxing in the beach and the multiple verandas every day. The rooms and grounds are equipped with all the necessities to make your vacation even more enjoyable and Elvis and Jane are truly amazing. My daughters (20 and 15) said SGP was the best part of Grenada!
CloseWe are so glad that we stumbled upon Sea Glass Place when searching for a place in Grenada. Elvis and Jane were so easy to work with when booking and preparing for our trip. They think of everything! When we arrived, they had arranged transportation from the airport. From the minute we got out of the taxi, we were greeted by Elvis. When he opened the gate into Sea Glass, we were in heaven. Jane was waiting in our unit, the StarFruit, to welcome us and get us acquainted with the surroundings. We had pre ordered groceries and alcohol and she had our refrigerator stocked and ready. And her famous banana muffins were waiting on us. If you order rum punch from Jane, it does not come in a bottle labeled “rum punch”. Once we figured out that the lime juice bottle in our refrigerator was actually rum punch, it didn’t take long to drink it!
Everything about Sea Glass is perfect. They have paddle boards, kayaks, floaties, and beach chairs to be used by guests. The beach is wonderful. Even though it is a public beach, it felt very private to us. A couple days during our stay we were the only ones on the beach for most of the day.
We will definitely return to Sea Glass Place. Elvis and Jane are amazing hosts!!
We were fortunate enough to stay at Sea Glass for 2 weeks at the beginning of May. The location is everything you could dream of, right on a beautiful secluded beach, but within a stone’s throw from Grand Anse and St George’s (both easily walkable). The accommodation is top notch with everything that you need. We stayed in the smallest unit and were a bit concerned that it might feel a bit cramped for 2 weeks. We need not have been worried, there is plenty of space and storage, and the outdoor kitchen and grill was an absolute delight!
Jane and Elvis were the best hosts, very responsive and went the extra mile to help us arrange restaurant booking, transfers, trips and groceries on our arrival, we could not have asked for more!
We shall always remember our time at Sea Glass and hope to return in the not too distant future!
Thank you for everything!
Fabulous location and lovely accommodation, everything we needed for relaxing break. Jane and Elvis were extremely helpful, that allowed us to make the most of our short stay, so thank you. We really hope we will visit again soon!
CloseAccommodation is beautifully located, clean and comfortable. Hosts were fantastic with a wealth of information. Would not hesitate to recommend and hope to visit again some time.
CloseA fabulous slice of heaven! Peaceful and beautiful while close to everything you need. Jane and Elvis are wonderful hosts.
CloseWe truly enjoyed our time at Sea Glass Place. Jane and Elvis were wonderful hosts. They were quick to respond to any enquires and were helpful with planning our stay. It was easy to order food, drinks and a pickup at the airport. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. Above all was the location, it was close enough to restaurants, Grand Anse beach and St George’s and it’s own beach. Everyone on the property were very nice. Would definitely stay here again if I get the pleasure of returning to Grenada.
CloseWe stayed with Jane and Elvis for just under three weeks and we loved every minute of it! Sea Glass Place is truly a hidden gem in Grenada. From the hospitality to the outstanding service we will be returning here again!
CloseI can’t say enough great things Seaglass Place. The photos don’t do it justice. Great location, beautiful views, and the beach is outstanding. My family and I have stayed here multiple times in various apartments; they are all equipped with everything you need. The experience from booking to the attention to detail to our needs while in the beautiful property was outstanding. We are so grateful to the owners Jane and Elvis for sharing their piece of paradise with us.
CloseI highly recommend Seaglass Place. Each cute fully-equipped apartment offers a lookout to the stunning secluded beach. It’s only a 15-minute walk to the popular Grand Anse beach and to St. Georges, both of which have lots of restaurant options. We were greeted by owners Jane and Elvis, who were very welcoming and helpful. If we return to Grenada, we will definitely choose to stay at Seaglass!
CloseWe spent wonderful week at Sea Glass Place in January, 2024. Great location and amazing owners!
CloseWe booked the Tamarind Room in early April 2024, and despite it already looking amazing – it was somehow better! The locations is a walk away from several restaurants, bars, beaches and the spice market where you can enjoy cocktails, food and a great atmosphere. Yet, it is quiet and tranquil with their own little secluded beach, outdoor shower (divine!), with a large family of Iguanas and sailboats to occupy your mind as you sip rum punch on your verandah. With only 4 apartments, it feels like you have the place to yourself! The apartment was so spacious, they provide lots of bath and beach towels, kitchen has everything you need and more (supermarket not far, and each room has a bbq), most of the apartment has been recently refurbished (and new kitchen cabinets coming soon, but didn’t notice it needed it!) – bed was comfy, all was super clean. Finally – the hosts – Elvis and Jane make you feel at home and are the kindest hosts we ever had. Helpful, kind, ordered beer and eggs in before we arrived, gave all the recommendations we could want and we just adored them -fantastic people. We WILL be back – the island is has much to offer, and you can do it all from Sea Glass Place – no need to stay anywhere else…
CloseThis was my second stay at Sea Glass Place and I truly look forward to my next visit! Jane and Elvis are such welcoming hosts and go over and above to make the stay comfortable and memorable. The property is very clean and well maintained and within walking distance from many great restaurants and from Grand Anse Beach, althought the beach at Sea Glass is perfect and somewhat secluded. I love visiting Grenada and Sea Glass Place will always be my first choice for accommodation. Thanks for a great visit Jane and Elvis!
CloseThis is our second time visiting Grenada and staying at the Sea Glass Resort. We had a wonderful time and the weather and the resort were great. With a secluded beach, multiple decks and beautiful views. The hosts Elvis and Jane could not be more accommodating, We will be going again.
CloseJane and Elvis Lewis manage a four apartment complex that provides everything a visitor could want. Nice clean rooms with full kitchens, multiple outdoor balconies with lounge chairs and incredible views of the sea, a beautiful beach steps from your abode, an outdoor shower, beautiful flowering gardens and a family of resident iguanas to amuse you.
You can order groceries and libations from Sea Glass Place without leaving the property. Stunning Grand Anse beach with its many restaurants and bars is only a ten minute stroll from your apartment. Helene and I have visited a dozen Caribbean islands but have been returning to Sea Glass Place for eight years as a result of the beautiful setting and the wonderful hosts, Elvis and Jane. Can’t wait to return in 2025.
This was our 6th time visiting Sea Glass Place. We come to escape the winter and to enjoy the views from our beach front apartment. Apartments are very clean and well supplied. We ate every meal on our patio which allowed us to overlook the beautiful waters of the Caribbean. You just need to take a few steps to swim in front of your apartment. It is just a short walk or local van ride to Grand Anse Beach or local beachfront restaurants. Jane and Elvis are extraordinary hosts. They are so welcoming and do everything they can to ensure that you have a great experience. We love it here!!!
CloseThis is my 5th visit to Sea Glass place and 2nd time staying in the Star Fruit apartment. The beds are comfortable, the views are amazing and the best people. Booking again for next year and bringing more family with me.
CloseThis was a lovely place on the ocean. We enjoyed watching all the sail boats and cruise ships from our balcony and swimming in the ocean, on the secluded beach was wonderful. We enjoyed the facilities, lots of lounging spots and the apartment was lovely. Elvis and Jane are very helpful, plus I love Jane’s muffins. It was great to meet the friendly guests on site. Thanks for a great stay!
CloseWe’ve spent a number of wonderful holidays in Grenada but this was our first stay at Sea Glass Place . Our stay there so enhanced our trip .
The location is perfect with access to beach and sea . Views from the property are beautiful.
Elvis and Jane are the perfect hosts .Their accommodation is fully equipped for all your needs and beautifully clean .
We had the happiest of stays on this wonderful island .
Thank you Elvis and Jane .
Enjoyed 4 days at this hotel before embarking on a sailing trip. Lots of personal attention and beautifully appointed appartments. Easy walk to Pt Louis marina. Good idea to order groceries.
CloseWe had the best week at Seaglass. It is a perfectly located base to explore all that Grenada has to offer.
Elvis and Jane were so helpful and informative whenever we needed assistance. We stayed in the Bougainvillea which had everything we needed including cooking facilities. The gardens and steps down to the beach were a real
highlight. We are so glad we chose to stay at Seaglass rather than one of the “big name” hotels as we feel as though we got the real taste of Grenada that we were looking for. Thanks to Elvis & Jane for making our first trip to Grenada one to remember.
Spent 5 nights to celebrate our Anniversary at the Star Fruit Apartment at Sea Glass Place. The location is perfect as it is a short distance to either St George or the wonderful beach Grand Anse. The best part of our vacation was actually just hanging around relaxing at Sea Glass Place. The property is secluded and safe with perfect views and its own damn beach!!!!! The owners Elvis and Jane make sure that you are at home as soon as you arrive. Jane baked delicious muffins for our arrival and there were several items on hand for purchase like beer wine, whiskey and other essentials- if you didn’t feel like going shopping. There is plenty of water toys supplied with outdoor shower and toilet. The entire area is nicely shaded with trees. Perfect spot where you really never feel the need to go anywhere else. Morning coffee views and nightly sunsets were enjoyed daily !
CloseOn our fifth stay in Grenada, we were lucky to spend two weeks at Sea Glass Place. The house with a total of four apartments has an exceptional location. St. George’s and Grand Anse are very easy to reach.
The apartments are lovingly decorated in a Caribbean style and offer everything you need if you want to cater for yourself. The beds are very large and have comfortable mattresses. The wonderful view of the sea from the private veranda and especially the small beach, which can be reached via a few steps, are very special. A large terrace with sunbeds and other seating is spread across the beautiful garden. Kayaks, air mattresses and much more are available for guests.
We particularly enjoyed the warm welcome and friendly helpfulness of our hosts Jane and Elvis. It was a pleasure to get to know them. Many thanks for the wonderful time with you and we are already looking forward to seeing you again!
CloseWe stayed end of November 2023.
The kitchen allowed us to shop and prepare some meals ourselves while listening to the surf. The beds are soooo comfortable. Enjoyed the hammock in the covered verandah again listening to the surf. Watched the sunsets from the “observation deck” swing. It was all wonderful.
Hello! My name is Mike. From 25th of October till 19th of November I lived in property of Sea Glass Place. I have visited Grenada a lot of times and the last experience was wonderful. I was very satisfied with organization aspects before my arriving and during the days in Sea Glass Place. The house is located in very peaceful and beautiful place near the beach, where I could swim comfortably. I want to say thank you Jane and Elvis, who helped me with different kinds of questions! The period of living in Sea Glass Place was like in paradise. In the future I would like to visit this place again!
CloseI stayed at Sea Glass Place for 4 nights before a sail in November, 2023. My experience there was more than expected. The apartment was clean and lovely , the views were breathtaking, the beach was beautiful, and the water was warm and inviting. Jane and Elvis were amazing hosts, very friendly and accommodating! On my next visit to Grenada, I will definitely stay at Sea Glass Place! I highly recommend!
CloseI had the pleasure of staying at Sea Glass Place for 4 nights pre-cruise in November 2023. The apartment was clean and inviting , the beach was beautiful, the water was great, and the grounds were beautiful. Elvis and Jane were amazing hosts, very friendly and accommodating! I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Grenada! It was such a pleasurable stay!
CloseIt’s taken 3 weeks to write this review, why? Because I didn’t want to admit our stay had ended at Seaglass Place.
We wanted for nothing and had more than we could have asked for.
Jane’s fruit muffins should be patented and sold, they were exquisite.
Everything was perfect, from before we arrived; answering my many questions, organising a car, shopping delivered and put away. We were cared for beyond our expectations.
Jane and Elvis make you feel at home and part of the family – for us that was literally, after coming back from a swim, to be greeted with a family get-together and a ‘come and join us’. That didn’t just mean just join them, that meant being fed all manner of foods and introduced to every member of their extended family. Hospitality beyond anything we have ever experienced.
The location is perfect – St Georges within walking distance one way, Grand Anse in the other.
I could go on and on.
In summary, if you want a personal stay, with huge attention to detail, in a place where you feel welcomed and treated as one of the family, all set in natural surroundings at one with nature, then look no further.
A beautiful place with amazing hosts Jane and Elvis who help you in any way they can and fantastic communication. Just as great second time visit and planning a third, fourth……….
Apartment was equipped with everything you want and need and the setting fantastic! Thank you Elvis and Jane.
I visited Grenada from October 23-27 as part of a veteran’s reunion and stayed at Sea Glass Place. I could not have been more pleased with my stay there. I had a beautiful suite just steps from a secluded beach. Elvis and Jane saw to my every need. If you are looking for a vacation getaway in beautiful Grenada, I highly recommend Sea Glass Place. It was an unforgettable experience. If I return, I will be staying with Elvis and Jane.
CloseWe thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sea Glass Place. We stayed in the Bougainvillea room, which is like a nice bedroom/full bath with mini-fridge, sink and hot plates outside the door for cooking. We didn’t cook there simply because we decided to try a different restaurant each day for dinner and had sandwiches for lunch. The bed was super comfortable, which we often have trouble with, since our bones are getting achy. Elvis and Jane were a pleasure to have as hosts! They let us know the ins and outs of where to go. The started us off with some delicious muffins, that we enjoyed for breakfast. They always answered our questions which were numerous. Using the app they have for guests works great. The location is awesome for getting around. If you use the buses you can get picked up right outside. The beach is lovely for a swim or snorkel or just to relax in one of the chairs they provide, under the nice shady tree. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return some day!
CloseI have no idea where to begin. We just want to go back to Seaglass! My son and I stayed for one week. The property derives the name because of the beach, there were so many pieces of Seaglass in the sand. It’s the most I’ve ever seen! The beach is called Tan Tan, it is private really as access is a bit difficult and I have only seen the neighbours at the beach. To have the ocean just mere steps away from the Starfruit apartment we stayed in was heavenly and indeed one of the highlights of the stay! I really couldn’t think of anything I needed during my stay here. The hosts Elvis and Jane were so friendly and accommodating! Jane even provided tasty mango/banana muffins which I gladly had for breakfast on quite a few mornings. Beach toys included many floats, kayaks and paddleboards, which were all free of charge to use. Elvis was even kind enough to teach my son to paddleboard one evening. He is quite the gentleman to offer to teach him when he expressed an interest in it. If you are ever in need of tours Elvis can arrange, all you have to do is let him know what you need.
I cannot wait to return to Seaglass, it was truly a blissful experience all things combined!
This truly is a hidden gem! We had a great time on the property and the local food and activity recommendations were perfect. Elvis and Jane were great hosts; they helped us book reservations for us prior to coming, coordinated a ride to pick us up from the airport, greeted us with locally made muffins, and continued to help us throughout our stay! We can’t say enough good things about our experience at Sea Glass Place. We enjoyed our time very much and look forward to coming back and visiting again soon.
CloseSea Glass Place was more than we could have ever asked for! We were so incredibly happy with the property, our experience, and our interactions at this facility. Jane and Elvis are amazing through and through. The amenities available throughout were wonderful. Sea Glass Place quickly felt like home in a special cut out in paradise. This facility made our vacation even more memorable!
CloseWhat an amazing stay we had at Sea Glass Place.
Elvis and Jane were fantastic hosts; so helpful, generous and fun.
I had organised a surprise for my husband and son and Jane and Elvis helped facilitate everything, which went perfectly.
Jane and Elvis also had a carnival party up top and invited us to join them so we could watch all the carnival fun as it passed outside – brilliant.
The apartment itself had everything that we needed and we arrived to cold beers and a fridge full of food as Jane and Elvis had taken in and unpacked our shopping order in advance (a super handy service that they offer).
The outside space (including bbq) was superb and really makes these apartments so special. Not to mention the fabulous shared facilities – lovely verandahs with beautiful views over the Caribbean Sea, access to kayaks, paddle boards and various different floats.
Being able to take just a few steps down to (what felt like) our own beach was wonderful; we swam every morning – even when the rest of the day was being spent at another beach!
The location of the apartments is great: 10 mins walk to Silver Sands end of Grand Anse, 10-15 mins walk to the marina but you can just as easily pick up a bus right outside.
Honestly, we loved it and will definitely be returning!
CloseCentral location. Very Clean. Comfortable bed. Beautiful view. Calm, clear water. Helpful, welcoming hosts. You need nothing else. This is the place you’ve been looking for. Go get your credit card and book it now.
My trip to Grenada in August 2023 was my first solo international trip and staying at Sea Glass was the best decision I made. I was able to hop on and off the buses to get everywhere I needed to go. I was able to do a lot because of how central Sea Glass Place is. The property is also great for relaxing. So after a day of exploring it was so nice to come back to this property designed for relaxation. Best of both worlds!
My wife and I spent 5 amazing days in the Tamarind apartment. The apartment was clean, had every amenity you needed and anything that was missing Jane and Elvis were a message away and willing to assist. We were greeted with some of the tastiest muffins and a complimentary glass of champagne to celebrate my wife’s birthday, which was the perfect way to kick-start our mini getaway.
From arranging our ground transportation to and from the airport, to recommending places to visit nearby for food and fun, and arranging a nice dinner at “The Aquarium” Jane and Elvis were always there when needed and made our stay memorable, peaceful and most importantly comfortable.
Be sure to indulge in the lovely beach right at your doorstep and utilise all the fun water equipment at your disposal. We are already planning a trip back next year and we have no regrets choosing Sea Glass Place or recommending this establishment to all of our friends.
Amazing hosts, unbeatable location with a secluded beach, great sunsets. We loved our week here, and highly recommend it!
CloseI cannot thank Elvis and Jane enough for providing such a wonderful space for our family in Grenada. We stayed almost one month in a very clean, comfortable, fully furnished apartment with a beach in the backyard, what more can anyone ask for? Thank you for making our vacation everything we wanted and more!
CloseI feel lucky to have stayed with Elvis and Jane, a unique experience that my 10 y/o son and I will never forget. The beautiful building built into scenic cliffs, numerous terraces hanging over the turquoise ocean right there at your feet, the essentially private beach hidden in a cove, the charm, warmth and hospitality of the hosts – it was all perfect. Elvis and Jane have thought of every possible thing and everything is seamless.
A multitude of spots to lounge with stunning views, an assortment of watercraft & toys (my son learned to paddle board). It felt so easy and personal, like staying with friends and seeing the country from its hidden gem insides. Also miraculously private — surreal to have such a stunning tropical paradise all to yourself.
Elvis and Jane invited us to a cookout with their wonderful friends and family, generously offered us a very late check out when our flight was delayed & when we were leaving my son was hugging them tight.
I envy everyone who will be staying here!
The sea glass place is soo lovely, we only stayed for four days but we wanted to stay longer. The hosts are amazing, kind and they made us feel like we were at home. If you’re reading this just go ahead and book your stay here, you are not going to regret it.
CloseMy sister, Susan & I stayed at Sea Glass Place from May 15-29th. We had an enjoyable stay. Jane & Elvis were hosts to the mostest. They went above & beyond to make our stay pleasant & comfortable. The place is clean & well equipped. The view of the sunset every evening was spectacular. The beach was a stone’s throw away & we will certainly miss the sound of the waves every morning & evening along with our morning & evening swim in crystal clear waters. We will certainly recommend Sea Glass Place to family, friends & acquaintances. We will definitely be back.
CloseWe had an amazing stay at Sea Glass Place and stayed at the Bougainvillia apartment, which is upstairs right as you walk in. The property is beautiful and Elvis and Jane are great hosts. Very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We enjoyed snorkeling down at the beach and found lots of sand dollars and beautiful shells. Of course sea glass as well. We saw fish and starfish. The ocean was very calm. Another of our favorite activities there was watching the sunset. The property had lots of different areas you could sit and enjoy. We spent a good amount of time on the balcony and enjoying the views, including all the local wildlife (lizards and birds of all sizes), including a dove pair hatching eggs on our balcony. If it wasn’t for that we would probably never have run into anyone on the property. It seems most times we had the whole property and beach to ourselves. Another favorite of ours was the outdoor kitchen on our balcony. We made breakfast several times and enjoyed coffee. The unit came with everything we needed. Jane helped arrange grocery delivery prior to our arrival and when we got there we had our drinks cold and ready as well as homemade banana muffins, which tasted amazing and were greatly appreciated. They also helped us with scheduling a car for pickup and drop-off at the airport. There is so much we could write, but overall it was a great place, in a great and central spot and within walking distance to restaurants. We didn’t have any issues walking at night. We were able to catch buses and taxis right in front of the door. We will definitely plan on going back.
CloseThoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Flamboyant apartment! Slept like a log every night, very comfortable. The kitchen is set up nicely. Everything immaculately clean. The best part is the view of an offshore anchorage for cruising yachts, and seeing the vessels coming and going. The tamarind tree, flamboyant tree, and other flora on the property give habitat for interesting bird life and two kinds of iguanas, and nice shade. Steady Northeast tradewinds provided reliable breeze, and blowing straight offshore made the Caribbean Sea look very peaceful and beautiful. Jane and Elvis are great hosts, kept me well stocked with coffee, and were very gracious and welcoming.
CloseThis place is absolutely beautiful! The hosts are just as wonderful. They are welcoming and make you feel like family. The grounds are beautifully kept. The rooms are clean and have everything you can possibly need to feel at home. The beach is secluded and only steps from your room. Sea glass place is centrally located within walking distance to Grand Anse Beach and Saint Georges. Jane and Elvis are the best! We just got back from our second time staying there and already miss it. We can’t wait to go back again!
CloseWow! From the time we booked till we left our hostesses Elvis and Jane were awesome. Gave great advice on places to eat and things to see and do. We even had groceries delivered and Jane stocked our apartment and when we arrived there was cold beer in the refrigerator. Our stay at Sea Glass Place was more than we expected. Awesome beach, plenty of water toys, floats, and beautiful sunsets. The Tamarind apartment was awesome. Comfy bed and stocked with everything you need. What a great place. We will be back! Oh, thanks for the wonderful homemade muffins.
CloseWe really enjoyed our week in Grenada, Jane and Elvis were wonderful in helping us with reservations touring the island and wonderful restaurants. So enjoyed the ⛱️ Beach and my first-time on the paddle board. We hope to return soon.
CloseWonderful stay. Jane and Elvis are amazing hosts. They made us feel right at home in their beautiful place.
CloseThis was our first visit to Grenada. Our stay at Sea Glass Place made it a very special one.
It is situated in an accessible location which allows for going to Grand Anse beach or touring the Island.
But it is the beauty that Jane and Elvis have created with the property that also makes it easy to spend your time there – relaxing in the surroundings and beach.
Jane and Elvis are welcoming hosts who provide a safe and homey environment for their guests. They also are open to answering questions and offering helpful suggestions with their personal knowledge of Grenada.
We hope to return and will recommend Sea Glass Place to other travellers.
Highly recommend this beachfront secluded apartment rentals. Spent our mornings floating, kayaking, paddle boarding in the Caribbean Sea and searching for Sea glass(abundant) on the beach. Sunset dinner cruise, island tours, massages, dinners in fabulous restaurants ,etc. were all arranged by the owners. Some of the most spectacular sunsets I’ve ever seen!! Hey Mon Sea Glass Place is Da Place!
CloseAmazing place. Once through the gate, we felt like we were in a private courtyard. Great beach. Location was very convenient to everything. Elvis and Jane were super hosts – very helpful with things we wanted to do or needed. Thank you – hope to stay again.
CloseOur first visit to Seaglass was so good we went back a second time to find it was even better. We would thoroughly recommend Seaglass if you’re looking for home-from-home accommodation, a beautiful relaxing beach front setting and friendly and informative hosts.
CloseJane and Elvis are the greatest and most friendliest people you’ll ever meet. Their resort has it all – peace and quiet, beach, paddle boards, kayaks, and just about anything to do with water sports but the best thing is the rum punch!
CloseSea Glass Place checks ALL of the boxes. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable, and truly feels like your home away from home. Hosts, Jane and Elvis, are warm, friendly, and beyond knowledgeable. Fun to mingle with the other guests while still having your own privacy. The sunsets can’t be beat and the secluded beach on the property is such a treat to enjoy! Love lives here and we LOVED living here this past incredible week in paradise!
CloseHave you ever stayed at a place so great that you wished it was a secret? This place exceeded our expectations . The photos displayed does not match the majestic beauty that epitomizes the greatest of this location. “We made this place as if we wanted to stay here”, was a phrase uttered to me and boy they weren’t lying. Anything I needed for my family they had and everything I didn’t know I needed they had. The host was beyond accommodating and helpful. Their assistance definitely maximized our experience, not only at their location but on the island. My family and I are beyond grateful and hope to bring our extended family to visit soon.
CloseReally enjoyed our stay here. Elvis and Jane make you feel like home. Loved the access to paddleboards and kayaks! I would definitely stay here again !
CloseWe came to Grenada for a windjammer sail, we’ll be back to bask in the serenity of Sea Glass, your hosts are easy, friendly, and full of knowledge. Love being able to have groceries delivered. The beds are amazing. And if you’re catching a taxi there after being out and can’t quite remember the location just ask if they know Elvis and Jane. Love the 🏝️community.
CloseIt was our first visit to Grenada and friends here on Cape Cod recommended staying at Sea Glass Place . The owners and hosts Elvis and Jane were fantastic and were so helpful in navigating tours, events, and restaurants to visit. The Sea Glass facility was clean. convenient and very comfortable. The highlight was the beautiful views from our deck and the secluded beach at Sea Glass,
CloseOur two weeks passed much too quickly! Jane and Elvis were the perfect hosts answering any questions, addressing concerns, etc. We have no complaints, not one as they have looked after every possible detail to make us feel at home. We walked to two different grocery stores, taking the public shuttle van (look for the ones with the #1 on the windshield) back to Sea Glass Place. Jane and Elvis knew where to get the freshest eggs – so delicious. We were also delighted to taste the sweetest tomatoes and bananas which we purchased from a local roadside vendor. Our apartment unit was super clean and contained everything we needed (pots, pans, dishes, etc.) to cook up our meals. There are some great restaurants nearby for those days or evenings when dining out is preferred. The gentle breezes, the sun-blocking shades on our deck, and the beautiful sunsets provided the best ambiance for our outside dining or reading that great book. The iguanas often provided entertainment and we also enjoyed watching the many various cruise ships as they gently glided in to dock at the St. George’s harbour. Our favorite memory may be the fun we had “playing in the waves” at their secluded beach and collecting some sea glass, of course. If you’re considering a tour of the Island, ask for Kerry’s number – he gave a super great tour. A perfect place to relax and re-energize while you soothe your soul.
CloseMy husband and I found Seaglass Place in 2017 and have never looked any further! From the very first year to the present Jane and Elvis are the most gracious hosts and friends to all. Every apartment is super clean and stocked with all essentials. The secluded beach is so inviting and large enough to accommodate all apartments plus more with chairs and water toys. Sunsets are amazing as well as the morning rainbows. Jane and Elvis also work very hard to give back to the community by running an after-school program for the local children. I was truly touched to take part in one of those evenings. Please donate if you can to such a worthy cause. We have met incredible people every year who stay at this piece of heaven and have stayed in touch with many. We feel blessed to have found Seaglass Place but most of all for meeting Jane and Elvis. It is more than being thankful but loved. We love you guys!
See you next year and the next!
Helene and Billy
We recently had the amazing opportunity to spend time at the beautiful Sea Glass Place! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the porch with bistro seating was a fabulous place to watch some of the most gorgeous sunsets we’ve ever seen. The easy beach access for refreshing swims was another big plus! Our hosts were friendly and accommodating and gave us valuable insights of how to enjoy the unique island of Grenada to its fullest. We definitely plan on visiting again!
CloseIf you are looking for a more intimate-traditional experience in Grenada – Seaglass is the place for you. This boutique lodging experience included a spacious room with a full kitchen, an outdoor grill, privacy, beach front, dynamite sunsets and oh so much more.
CloseWhat a wonderful first Grenada experience!
Jane and Elvis welcomed us as family😊
Sea Glass offered more than the usual amenities. Offering to stock our groceries and drinks for arrival!
We encountered friendly guests that we will keep in contact with thanks to a unique private tour planned by our hosts. Our entertaining guide Kerry really enhanced the heart of the culture and the island’s beauty. A bonus was a relaxing massage spa arranged by Jane with Christine. Don’t miss this opportunity !!!
Thank you for sharing PARADISE with us😘
Wonderful accommodation right on its own semi-private beach. Great attention to detail, from a shower with strong water pressure, to a comfy bed, a fully functional kitchen, super-clean, beach toys and chairs, and lost of patio and verandah space to find your ideal spot in the sun or shade — and super efficient public transport right outside the door, this place has it all! And wonderfully gracious hosts who are always available with tips and advice. You can’t go wrong with the Sea Glass Place!
CloseAfter spending 5 days on a boat learning how to sail in Grenada, I stayed at Sea Glass Place as I wanted to spend a few days on land before returning home. I was thoroughly blown away by the beautiful location, the incredible amenities, and the the gracious hosts! Jane and Elvis have designed a wonderful experience – I had a gorgeous room, an outdoor kitchen, and a private veranda overlooking the ocean. So many thoughtful design details including a powder blue microwave that I quite envied. And to top if off, I got to hear the surf every night as I fell asleep. I just can’t wait to go back soon! Thank you again, Jane and Elvis, for making my stay so special!
CloseThis was our first visit to Grenada and we were fortunate to find Sea Glass Place. Hosts Jane and Elvis are exceptional – welcoming and helpful in providing assistance and recommendations for activities, restaurants etc. during our stay. We especially appreciated their flexibility in accommodating us for extra time and their warm hospitality. The apartment was perfect, super clean with everything you need, including a well stocked kitchen, and access to many other items you might need. We loved that we could pre-order groceries and have them delivered and stocked in the kitchen prior to our arrival. The property is lovely with access to a secluded beach and many water sport toys available for guest use. There are multiple decks and viewing spots for watching amazing sunsets. Located between Grand Anse and St. George’s, many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. Truly a wonderful place; we highly recommend it. Cannot wait to return some day!
CloseOnce again we had the best time with Jane and Elvis at their wonderful hideaway in Grenada. The surprise bonus this time was being granted the privilege of participating in the Mount Gava after-school program which they administer. It is yet another example of how they give back to the people of Grenada. Julia and I were given assignments to help individual students at the school and it was so rewarding! If anyone wants to make a contribution it is a worthy one! Jane and Elvis can give info on that endeavor.
CloseSea Glass Place has become our go-to winter vacation destination. We enjoy the privacy of our fully equipped, clean studio apartment overlooking the beautiful water and beach. Jane and Elvis are warm, welcoming hosts who will be your friends when you leave.
CloseOnce again we were totally charmed by the Sea Glass Place experience. Thank you Jane and Elvis !
CloseThe Sea Glass certainly isn’t one of those mass-produced, all inclusive beach resorts. But it does include its own little secluded beach and the unmatched hospitality of its owners. Jane and Elvis live right there and treat their guests as neighbours. Also included are sunsets, opulent gardens and fascinating iguanas to watch. You can cook your own meals (Jane and Elvis supply farm fresh eggs) and laze in the shade (or the sun, if you’re so inclined). All in all, I can’t think of a better place to pass some time, studying that unexamined new science – relaxology.
CloseWe just spent two beautiful weeks at one of our favorite spots on the planet – Sea Glass Place. It is a true gem overlooking the Caribbean Sea in all its aquamarine glory. It is perfectly situated to sit on its secluded beach or take the long view from your lanai. Jane and Elvis are marvelous hosts. Once you find it, you’ll be tempted to keep it a secret but in the end it’s too wonderful a find not share. Go. Enjoy. Repeat.
CloseThis is the best place to stay in Grenada! Everything was just perfect and the hosts were so nice, welcoming, friendly, helpfull, generous and more! I stayed at Seaglass for 3 weeks and it felt like home! I’m recommending it to anyone that want to have an absolute GREAT vacation!
Thanks so much Jane and Elvis for your hospitality and for the bonus night …yes I finally made it home! 🙂
Thankful for staying at this wonderful little gem, property is amazing, view is breathtaking, hosts/owners are so welcoming, helpful on every level, friendly and fun. Love our stay at this little gem of a property.
CloseWe arrived at Sea Glass Place on New Year’s Eve. Elvis and Jane welcomed us warmly, they are the best hosts ever! We ordered a few items from the supermarket for delivery before our arrival, Jane put it in our apartment ready for us along with some homemade delicious muffins. They also helped us organize a hire car and gave us various information about the area and places to eat. Sea Glass Place is special. It is in a fabulous location with a tiny secluded beach that is heaven, very often we were the only people on it. Various water sports equipment is provided. Although the property is on a main road the noise is minimal and it didn’t bother us at all. It may be worth noting that the studio apartment is quite small and therefore the storage, and wardrobe space is limited, this did not matter to us but it is worth knowing. More delicious muffins were left on our balcony during our visit. Our stay was for 5 nights before we headed for a further 6 nights at the Sandals resort. I left in tears, it is such a special place. Thank you both so much.
CloseStaying at Seaglass with Jane and Elvis is really like staying in a boutique hotel – wonderful apartments, fully equipped with everything you might want, and a whole complex of terraces and seating areas from the verandah directly outside the apartment down through a series of levels all the way to the beach and the warm Caribbean sea. We stayed for just over two weeks and some days we didn’t leave, but spent our time swimming, reading on the sun chairs, watching the iguanas climb around in the trees, eating fruit fresh from the garden trees outside – you even have an ice machine for a properly cool beer outside! Jane and Elvis were the most wonderful, generous hosts, fun and kind company and full of local expertise and advice. You’re within walking distance – or a short bus ride – of St George’s and, in the other direction, of Spiceland Mall for groceries; Grande Anse is just a few minutes’ walk around the corner, so you’re perfectly placed without a car.
CloseWe booked over Christmas, two couples for a week. We stayed in the Bougainvillea and our friends stayed in the Flamboyant. Both suites were very well equipped with everything we could possibly need for cooking and comfort. Jane and Elvis have thought of everything to make their guest comfortable. We left there for Union Island and then Carriacou for a week in both places, Jane and Elvis have the best beds hands down! Loved how they made us feel like family. Loved how anything we needed, be it a car or dinner reservations Elvis was on it! The decks, views, private beach, and all the toys for it far exceeded our expectations, better than the photos! Can’t recommend enough, we hope to return one date. Thank you again for your incredible hospitality!
CloseBottom line: Elvis and Jane were exceptional hosts. Exactly as advertised. The place exceeded expectations. Aside from the space and beach front property being perfect, Jane and Elvis are phenomenal guides. There’s not a question about Grenada they won’t be able to answer and their recommendations are unique and novel. If you’re looking for a place to serve as a home base for exploring Grenada while also being extremely relaxing and private I can’t imagine there are better options than Elvis and Jane’s Sea Glass Place.
CloseThis is an ideal place if you want to relax and enjoy laid back island life and there cannot be more helpful hosts than Jane & Elvis .
CloseThis place went above and beyond what we had expected. The amenities, the cleanliness, the thoughtful spaces for privacy were all amazing. The love that Elvis and Jane have put into making this place comfortable and memorable is truly remarkable. We can’t wait to return to stay for longer.
CloseThis was our third time at Seaglass place. Since we were last there in 2020 Elvis and Jane have really added some cool features. An ice machine, a washroom near the beach, and beautiful apartments. We stayed at Bougainvillea which is the smaller apartment but it is so efficient and comfortable and has a beautiful view of the water. As always Elvis and Jane go out of their way to assist. Thank you Elvis and Jane you make Seaglass place the best spot on the island. See you in 2024.
CloseGreat place to stay, Jane and Elvis were friendly, helpful and informative hosts. Loved the mango muffins. We only stayed there one night, but would love to go back and spend a week there. Great kitchen set up and 61 West restaurant within walking distance. Loved the secluded beach and access to walk along. Nice to discover this gem of a place to stay.
we hope to return someday!
Sea Glass Place was a fun and relaxing place to stay. There are only a few apartments, so not too many people. Secluded beach with lots of sea glass. Jane and Elvis are helpful and fun!
CloseWe loved staying here! We were greeted so warmly and from the very moment we stepped onto the property we were in paradise! Jane and Elvis have thought of everything from kitchen, to bath, beach and beyond! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
CloseElvis and Jane have created a special getaway that creates a personal experience in an unbelievable setting! From the greetings of homemade muffins, secluded beach, outdoor shower and toys to play in the ocean. It added so much to our Caribbean holiday and look forward to going back some day.
CloseOur stay at the Sea Glass Place was everything we could have asked for. We started off our honeymoon by staying at the Royalton (all inclusive), then the Sea Glass Place, and ending at the Calabash. Sea Glass Place was by far our favorite!
Elvis and Jane were the best hosts. They coordinated transportation from Royalton and to Calabash, set up an inland excursion with their driver Kerry, and set up a private all day sail on the Corsair. They also made sure we had a stocked fridge with groceries and alcohol when we arrived.
Throughout our stay they made sure we were comfortable and having fun. From snorkeling gear, to kayaks, paddle boards, beautiful views, secluded beach – they have it all. Our favorite day was relaxing at Sea Glass Place and grabbing dinner at Umbrella’s at Grand Anse Beach.
Elvis and Jane will ensure you get to experience the island and it’s culture, while also having time to relax and enjoy their piece of paradise.
We highly recommend Sea Glass Place and can’t wait until we can come back!
CloseGreat place, excellent accommodations, lots of water toys, kayak, paddle board, etc. Beautiful grounds, secluded beach, could not ask for more. Jane and Elvis are very friendly and have the place well stocked and well setup
CloseMy family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Elvis & Jane’s spectacular home. Upon arrival the first thing you notice is the ocean view from the street. After you step through an unassuming red gate you’re drawn down to stepwise decks each with their own lovely perspective and into a lush garden filled with a spectacular variety plants and curious iguanas!
The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen. While we had some truly amazing meals out on the island, it was such an added bonus to be able to have some home cooked meals of our own.
Our days consisted of relaxing on the secluded beach on the property, taking out kayaks, paddle boards and lounging in every floaty on the property. Our favorites were the water hammocks! Elvis and Jane always made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. And we cannot recommend this accommodation more.
CloseThe apartment was clean, well organized, great location. Hosts were very friendly and helpful
CloseWe had the pleasure of staying at Seaglass Place for a week on our recent trip to Grenada and it couldn’t have been any more perfect. While being located within minutes to popular destinations, the best part about Seaglass is that you don’t have to leave to witness the beauty of Grenada. Not only are the rooms and mini resort comfortable, clean and relaxing, Seaglass is located on what feels like a private beach, and it is perfect. Elvis and Jane could not have been better hosts, as we were greeted with genuine excitement and all the groceries/supplies we’d need for the week. They have captured the essence of Grenada and created a home away from home for us forever. We can’t wait to go back.
CloseJane and Elvis’ home was an amazing home away from home for us! Centrally located right off Grand Anse, Sea Glass met all our needs, and more!
The apartment was perfectly suited and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and Jane’s help ordering groceries and goodies (rum!) before arrival meant we were well prepared from the moment we got off the plane! Nothing beats sitting out on the porch drinking coffee in the morning, looking at the sea and the Sea Glass iguanas!
Sea Glass has a beautiful beach right out front! Elvis and Jane have a great supply of ocean toys, from paddleboards and floating devices (perfect for enjoying a rum drink while you float around!) and chairs to sit and relax in the sand.
All you need is right at Sea Glass! While you don’t need to leave the property to enjoy, Sea Glass is perfectly located and Elvis and Jane have plenty of recommendations! They were so helpful in organizing taxis to and from the best restaurants – Dexter’s, Aquarium on Sunday for BBQ, Container Park, the Street Food fair in True Blue on Wednesdays were some of our favorites! But whatever you do, don’t forget to pair any of these with rum punch – the most important part!
Jane and Elvis were amazing hosts and our trip to Grenada wouldn’t have been complete without our stay at Sea Glass. We’ll be back!!
CloseJust an amazing little place. Free fruit growing in the yard, iguanas wandering around and pretty much it’s own secluded little beach.
CloseI had the pleasure to stay at the star fruit for 5 days and it was absolutely breathtaking between the amazing views and star fruit trees at your fingertips, secluded beach, and the beautiful grand anse walking distance to some of the best restaurants in grenada and of coarse jane and elvis were very hospitable and great host will be staying here again when i return to grenada
CloseSea Glass Place and it’s hosts Jane and Elvis make it easy to vacation in Grenada! Their efficiency vacation units come with everything you need to settle in – kitchen essential spices, coffee, tea, creamer, filtered water, paper goods and Jane’s gift of her delicious welcome muffins. It is a peaceful environment with gorgeous views, generous shaded areas and the sea is at your feet. Kayaks, paddle boards and floats are on site and the outdoor shower is stocked and a must to enjoy after the beach. Sea glass place is easily accessible to all there is to enjoy in Grenada and there are no better hosts than Jane and Elvis to guide you to do just that. They have truly created the home away from home with their warmth and attention to detail.
CloseThis was my second stay at seaglass. My first one was so good, I just had to come back. Jane and Elvis were always willing to help me with anything to improve my stay or how to get around the island. I had a great and relaxing time enjoying the stunning views and going in the sea everyday. Can’t wait until my next visit!
CloseDon’t think twice about booking Sea Glass Place! It is in an excellent location which gives easy access to local transportation and places to eat. The kitchen was great for cooking meals, and all utensils/cookware were provided. The bed was super comfy and waking up to the sound of the ocean was a plus. There are other gathering areas on the property to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The private beach was my favorite. I made so many fun memories without having to deal with a large number of tourists. Grand Anse Beach is a hop/skip away as well. Lastly, the hosts were amazing! I’ll never forget Elvis and Jane. They quickly responded to any questions I had, and the app I downloaded there had EVERYTHING at my fingertips. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back!
CloseMy significant other and I went down to Grenada this year in July and had the best vacation at the Sea Glass Place. The rooms were beautifully laid out, fully stocked with basic needs, and the owners were beyond helpful. They helped us figure out what excursions to do, how to navigate around the island, and even recommended some of the best food places all over the island. It was even nice on lazy days to just be able to read and view the ocean from the veranda or just walk down the back porch and go straight out to the beach and swim, kayak, or paddleboard. We will definitely be back!
CloseNot only was Sea Glass place better accommodations than a hotel, but it is also located on a secluded beach area and includes kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and snorkeling equipment.
The house was also stocked with plenty of towels and a nicely stocked kitchen including coffee and filtered water.
There were plenty of places to sit in private or communal balconies to watch the sunset sun bathe or just relax.
The hosts, Elvis and Jane were so helpful and hospitable.
I’m so glad we found this place and we will be back!
CloseWe stayed in the Tamarind apartment. Tracy did an excellent job cleaning the place before our arrival. We enjoyed making our coffee and sitting on the veranda each morning while listening to the ocean. For our evening happy hour, we would sit on the deck adjacent our apartment, often with the owners Elvis & Jane, and watch the sunset. Elvis & Jane are attentive, but not intrusive. There’s a great selection of ocean “toys”, floaties, SUPs, kayaks, that you can enjoy on Seaglass’ private beach. Yes, there’s lots of Seaglass to be found.
The apartment kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals if we wanted. A clothes line to hang out laundry & wet bathing suits was super handy. The AC worked great. The bed & linens were nice & comfy. We will stay there again when we return to Grenada.
The Seaglass place was such a welcoming environment I had so much to offer. my days were spent in what feels like their own private beach. they have loads of water accessories like rafts and paddleboards for endless possibilities while out on the water. totally recommend snorkeling at the attached beach.
Elvis and Jane are wonderful hosts that are so well-informed on the way of the island and are there with an answer to any question you may have. Grenada was such a beautiful and strongly cultured atmosphere so happy to have spent my time at the Sea Glass Place!
Incredibly clean and comfortable. Wonderful view. Elvis and Jane, the owners, are exceptional. The property is well cared for.
CloseSea Glass Place is a gem! Tucked cliff side between Grand Anse Beach and St George’s, Sea Glass Place was the perfect balance between privacy and accessibility to the local attractions. We’ve had other family members stay here so we knew it would be fabulous, but it exceeded all expectations. Jane and Elvis are truly the ultimate hosts! They have created accommodations that have it all and were so informative about the island and helpful with recommendations for great food and local spots to visit.
We stayed in the Starfruit and enjoyed 2 queen beds, a full kitchen, a beautiful updated bathroom, AC and a gorgeous westerly facing view off a private veranda. Every time I thought there was something I needed, I’d find it already stocked in the room! The attention to detail is incredible.
Beyond the wonderful accommodations, the beach at Sea Glass Place might be one of the best on the island! With chairs, floats, paddle boards, kayaks, snorkels, an outdoor shower and plenty of spots to sit and chill, Sea Glass has everything you need to enjoy a perfect beach day. The kids especially enjoyed combing the beach for the elusive dark blue pieces of sea glass!
You really can’t find a better spot on the island, especially for the price. It was an amazing vacation and we can’t wait to book again!
We had the best vacation ever! It’s a perfect location quiet and peaceful with phenomenal views. Jane and Elvis were awesome hosts that were very attentive and treated us like family. We enjoyed the paddle boarding, snorkeling, kayaking and lounging on the water hammocks. They have everything you need to enjoy the beautiful beach that are steps from your door. We will be back for sure. We highly recommend this place to anyone that would like to enjoy a piece of paradise.
CloseI can not praise Sea Glass Place enough! I stayed in the Bougainvillea studio apartment for 12 nights! Everything was perfect! The property is beautiful with amazing views of the sea and calm waters for swimming and snorkeling.
Elvis and Jane are fabulous hosts- helpful and caring!!
The #1 bus stops in front of the property making it very easy to explore the beautiful island of Grenada!! I can not wait to return and will recommend to family and friends.
Highly recommend Sea Glass Place! Hope to see you next year!
Sea Glass Place was wonderful! Jane and Elvis were so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable, safe place to enjoy Grenada and its amazing sights. You won’t be disappointed.
CloseWe stayed at Sea Glass Place in April. Sandi’s sister is a travel agent and she found this wonderful spot on the island of Grenada. Our hosts, Elvis and Jane were as great as we could have hoped for. They are very friendly and very informative. Everywhere they said was a good place to eat was, in fact, the best. They know all about their fantastic island and it was very easy to get around. Need a bus? They’re everywhere. Just step out to the street. It’ll be minutes before you are picked up.
Got somewhere specific to go? The Taxis are easy too!
Back to the Sea Glass.
Staying here you have your own secluded beach! Just down the stairs and you have your own veranda with a view. Swimming is safe and every water sport you can think of is ready for your use.
Not only is Sea Glass Place as good as it gets, almost everything you could want is less than 2 miles in either direction.
I will recommend Sea Glass Place to anyone going to Granada!
Sea Glass Place is incredible. Super clean and comfortable with many, many amenities. Secluded beach with kayaks and paddle boards to borrow. Check in was easy and the hosts are the best. Looking forward to our next stay!
CloseWe stayed at Sea Glass Place for one week and it was so wonderful. Our room (Tamarind) was delightful – full kitchen, super comfortable bed, nice bathroom and large veranda to sit and enjoy morning coffee. Our view was gorgeous. Full kitchen had supplies – pots, pans, cups, utensils, etc.
We had access to the beach at any time and had access to paddle boards and water floats too. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off which was nice after being in the water.
Jane and Elvis were so nice and helpful. They are great people and want to make sure you have a good time. In addition, there is a binder and an app that can help during your stay.
We will definitely be going back and look forward to the next time.
CloseFrom the moment we arrived at this beautiful spot, we felt total relaxation. Jane & Elvis are wonderful and caring hosts. It was great to be able to just walk down the stairs and be on the sand and water! The apartment is walking distance to Grand Anse or St. Georges (a bit further), but it is super easy to hop on a taxi or take the local shuttle/bus. Hope to visit another time!
CloseThis was my fourth or fifth stay at Sea Glass. I love it more every time I visit. Perfect in every way!
CloseWe can’t give enough praise to the good people who own Sea Glass Place! We have traveled extensively, and can truly say that this is the cleanest, nicest, most accommodating place we have had the pleasure to stay in. The rooms are delightful, the amenities, whether in the room or at the beach, are complete, and the hosts really do make you feel as if you are a guest in their home (which you are, actually). I would give this 11 stars if possible and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay in Grenada.
CloseSea Glass Place is truly a unique and beautiful spot, even amongst all the beauty and wonder of Grenada. My wife and I stayed for 5 days in the Flamboyant room and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The four apartments at Sea Glass Place are laid out perfectly so that you always have your privacy. We split our time between relaxing on the serene, secluded beach and going on small adventures around the island. Thank you to our wonderful hosts and we will be back soon!
CloseWe’re so happy to
have discovered
your little paradise.
Honestly, can’t say
enough about how we
Enjoyed our stay
It’s A Gem!!!
5 stars All the way.
To the excellent Hosts, the warm hospitality and Jane’s Best muffins ever, yum. As soon as we opened the gate we felt the tranquility right away. You really have Nature’s Little secret. Until next year.
Well maybe to us as this was our first visit to the beautiful island of Grenada, luckily for me this was the first place I found in my search to find a little hideaway with a secluded beach and voila there it was. we enjoyed everything about these accommodations and its amenities not to mention its very gracious and amenable hosts. Our only regret was the fact that we couldn’t extend our stay as they were heavily booked but not to worry we shall return hopefully in May. Thanks again Jane and Elvis our staycation was magical.
CloseMy room was called Tamarind because of the Tamarind tree in front of it. Beyond the tree and looking straight down was the turquoise ocean and lovely secluded beach where I found lots of sea glass – so this place is aptly named. There was a Flamboyant room next door (for its tree), and Star Fruit next door to that (for the tree). I loved that the rooms were named after the trees. Everything inside the little apartment was useful and comfortable and I did not wish I had anything else at all. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the kitchen was a good size, and had all the pots and pans and utensils necessary for home cooking. There was a tv, which I didn’t use because of the view outside. All I wanted to do was sit on the comfortable chairs and put a glass of wine on the table provided, and look and listen to the waves. Swimming was perfect and the outside shower was a pleasant experience. The owners were in residence and easily accessible and extremely helpful and fun. Parking was easy. There is a supermarket about a quarter mile away, and a stairway to Grand Anse beach itself about a hundred yards along the road. But, I think the little beach with the Sea Glass was wonderful. The location is very convenient. It was pretty quiet at night, mostly, though some barking dogs were entertaining now and then. Air conditioning is available in the room but I only used it occasionally because of the fans. This place is a real find. I would definitely go back.
CloseThere are places one finds in life that feel so right. And Seaglass place is one of them- a jewel perched above the translucent sea , a masterpiece of natural beauty and warm hospitality by the wonderful hosts, Jane and Elvis. We love this place, have returned four times and will continue to visit in the years ahead. We can think of no place better.
CloseDon’t think the pictures do it justice – you get what is basically a secluded beach, and it’s nicely located between Grand Anse and St Georges. Perfect for someone who wants to explore the island. Full AC inside and ceiling fans everywhere which means you can stay cool during the night when you want to.
CloseLoved the apartment, the view was amazing. Location great, lots of buses to Grand Anse beach or you can walk. 10mins bus ride to St George’s. Jane and Elvis also hired a car for us. Nothing was too much trouble.
CloseWe enjoyed our short stay at Sea Glass Place. Jane and Elvis are great hosts and the good communication started once we had booked the accommodation. Jane organized for a driver to pick us up from the airport. When we arrived Elvis gave us a warm welcome. The room was lovely with its own verandah space and a short walk away from the accommodation’s beach. The facilities available were good including Netflix and air conditioning. It was convenient to be able to organize transport for when we left too. Thanks Elvis and Jane for a lovely stay.
CloseThis is the 5th and definitely not the last to stay at the most incredible place in the Caribbean! Thank you Jane and Elvis for everything you do! From constant upgrades of outdoors to indoors in every apartment! The breath taking views and enormous space that every individual or friends want to share is at your paradise home and we all feel the island vibe and your love. Can’t wait to return for years to come as “ you both make everything and anything happen with love and pride”! You truly have this being the “ best hosts ever” down pat! With all our love, we will keep in touch until our next visit in 2023 & 2024 Helene and Billy Fergus Ontario
CloseThis was our third year staying at Sea Glass Place. I am planning another for next year. What makes it so special? The people of the island, the host and hostess, the location of the property, the private beach, the property layout, the guest apartments and so much more exceed our expectations.
CloseThis was our 4th stay at Sea Glass Place. The owners, Jane and Elvis, make you feel right at home and treat you like family. The beachfront apartments have everything you need. Several restaurants and Grand Anse Beach are a short walk away. Jane and Elvis will help you arrange other activities such as a snorkeling trip, a sunset sail, or a tour of the island. It is the best place to stay on the island!
CloseWe are so glad we found this place, everything is perfect starting from the hosts. The location, the people we meet there…everything, worth coming back for sure. Many thanks again to Elvis and Jane
CloseOur second time – this is how much we love it. Our Daughter bought us the plane tickets, only the following week was free, so we changed them at a cost of £680.00 extra as we just would not stay anywhere else!
CloseIf you want to chill out and relax with the sea on your doorstep this would be perfect . Your hosts Jane and Elvis can provide almost everything you might need and will arrange trips around the island if you wish to explore . We come each year and will continue to do so.
CloseAll of the apartments at Sea Glass have every amenity you could want in a fabulous setting. Elvis and Jane are super friendly. We stayed in Bougainvillea – which is the smallest apartment but still beautifully appointed. If staying more than a few days I would recommend one of the larger apartments – although they are often booked out solid – they are that good – so get in early!!
CloseSea Glass Place is a wonderful place to unwind and just breathe. The owners, Elvis and Jane, are very nice, friendly people and made my stay special. They made everything easy, from booking the trip to arranging for Covid testing for the return home. Every room and the grounds were immaculate and functional. The views from each room are gorgeous, with amazing sunsets. I really enjoyed the coziness of a small, friendly place as opposed to a larger resort. Of course having a secluded beach with every kind of water “toy” was a plus! I will definitely be going back there.
CloseJane and Elvis, what you have done at Sea Glass Place was clearly created with such care, intention and creativity. I also deeply respect that you have shown such care for the territory, animal life and people that surround you. I can’t wait to book again! Thank you for opening up your home to me.
CloseWe stayed with Jane and Elvis for 6 nights in December. Jane made everything effortless, from initial emails regarding availability ,to arrival and covid information. Some friends of ours were already staying there and it was like staying in your own home, Jane and Elvis are the perfect hosts, they really make you feel like one of the family.
We stayed in the Bougainvillea room, a decent sized room with a very comfortable bed, a small kitchenette outside, with everything you need. The whole house is very tasteful with lots of hidden areas and decking to sit and listen to the sea and just relax, There is access directly to the beach and they have everything you need -snorkeling equipment, kayaks etc.
They have a great location walkable to beach bars and a local mall, and some great eateries-Dexters is a must!
The only disappointing thing was that we didn’t stay long enough!!!
Seaglass place has been our home in the Caribbean for the last 6 weeks. We cannot recommend this place enough. Everything you need and more. Everything works, everything clean. But then throw in the most amazing beach access and our hosts Elvis and Jane. Through them we made new friends, new experiences and a real Caribbean life.
We will be back!
Hosts treated you as friends! They were very helpful with anything and flexible which is great during these times. The studio was comfortable, well equipped, comfy bed, good quality furnishings. Everything was around that you could ever need, loungers, floats, paddle boards, shaded areas, secluded beach, ocean swims, views and more!
Location: buses stop outside. Short easy walk to Grand Anse Beach and walkable to Port Louise and St George.
Excellent hosts, fabulous stay, made friends, gorgeous place. Wished we had planned to stay longer! Thank you for sharing your special place.
Once again, had a marvelous holiday at the spectacular Sea Glass place. Jane and Elvis were amazing, the waters of the Caribbean warm and the sunsets amazing. Will definitely be returning.
CloseFrom the minute we arrived, until the minute we left, everything was perfect. The room, the views, the beach and our “neighbours”were exceptional! We were so sad to leave.
Jane and Elvis thank you so much for the best holiday!
See you next year!
My family stayed with Jane and Elvis to quarantine before going on our charted yacht around Grenada. The accommodation was clean and the hosts were amazing. They kindly packed away our online food shop and were on hand to help with any questions etc. The beach was absolutely superb for our young daughter who spent her whole time collecting sea glass! Would definitely stay here again
CloseRight on the water, well furnished rooms.
Elvis and Jane are fantastic hosts, even arranged our covid tests onsite for our return to the US.
Everything is very well maintained. Plenty of towels etc. The TV swiveled for viewing in the bedroom or living area.
Our neighbors were both returning guests, which speaks well for Sea Glass Place.
Not a single regret about staying here.
CloseCouldn’t wait to see it for myself! My wife and mother-in-law stayed a few months ago to drop off my daughter at SGU…
The wonderful pictures I saw became secondary to the beauty in person.
Here you will find everything you need, coupled with the warm and friendly owners.
Whether it’s a stroll to the ports, a walk along the beach, kayaking and salt water fun to a tour of the island with their private driver…it all starts here with a cup of coffee on the porch and a stunning view of the Caribbean!
Thank you Elvis & Jane!!!
Can’t wait to be back in August 2022!!!

CloseWe went to Grenada for a sailing trip. Afterwards, we stayed on the island for several days to see the beautiful mainland and the nicest people in the Caribbean!
We booked with Sea Glass Place based on what we saw online. We knew that the pictures online often exaggerated beauty and accommodations, but we liked the location, so we chose it. We were so pleasantly surprised! The online presence didn’t compare to the actual experience! We had a beautiful, clean, happy suite. (I walked through every unit. They are all equally wonderful). The patios, walkways, and lounging areas were absolutely perfect. Not a commercial, hotel type setting. More like a home type setting. If you owned a home on the water and wanted to set it up for your personal guests to have an epic visit, THIS is what you would design. You have multiple areas to relax privately if you choose or socialize if you’d like. You own set of stairs down to your own secluded beach. We had our coffee and a swim in the beautiful clear water every single morning. At the top of the stairs there is an enclosed outdoor shower stocked with all the necessities. You can just rinse off the salt or take the best, most chill shower ever.
Sea Glass Place is fenced and private. When you choose to leave the sanctuary, you walk out the front gate to the main road with easy access to transportation right at your front door.
We would definitely recommend the Sea Glass to everyone!
It was a highlight of our trip and will always be on our list of “Best Places We’ve Ever Stayed”
Kristina & JP
CloseSea Glass Place was like staying a friend’s house in the islands. Beautiful views of the harbor from our porch, multiple decks to absorb the sun or sit under shade to avoid the sun and a little secluded beach to soak in the waves make this a great respite from a long flight and months of work stresses.
Elvis is a most friendly accommodating host who made our even short stay memorable. And we look forward to returning!
From booking, checkin to departure Elvis & Jane were amazing.
The photos don’t do it justice, we should have stayed here longer! The beach is stunning and they provide some great inflatables and paddleboards as well.
The aircon and showers were on point! Something that is appreciated in the tropics.
As we were there for Covid isolation I have to say that it was professionally managed and the property allows for groups to never be in close quarters and having your own deck was awesome.
Thanks Elvis and Jane, next time in Grenada we are staying longer.
The absolute best place to quarantine or vacation! Everything was great from the room I stayed in which had absolutely everything I needed to be comfortable, areas to walk around or hangout, beautiful scenery, a private beach, and the best hosts. Elvis and Jane went above and beyond helping me get there, stay comfortable and safe when staying, and returning home. Will definitely be coming to Sea Glass Place next time I visit!
CloseWe’ve just quarantined at Seaglass Place for two nights and what a great surprise it was. There are four tastefully decorated sea facing self catering units which occupy the lower level of the house, and the owners occupy the upper level. The garden slopes down to a deck, and stairs descend a short way down to a small secluded beach with gorgeous swimming. I think what really impressed us though, was the hosts, who are friendly yet professional, and whilst taking every necessary Covid precaution, are practical and apply common sense. We loved our two days here and highly recommend it for a vacation or quarantine.
CloseWe enjoyed two nights at Sea Glass Place. A very comfortable, clean, nicely situated self-contained apartment with a great view and access to a lovely beach. Jane & Elvis are super hosts that went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant.
CloseSeaglass place will definitely be on our to stay list whenever we go to Grenada again. The view is awesome. The sound of the waves is relaxing. Jane and Elvis was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean and very homely. It was like home away from home. We would definitely recommend here to friends and family planning to travel to Grenada. Thank you for the great hospitality.
CloseSea Glass Place was the perfect choice for my mom, daughter and I to stay. I loved hearing the ocean sounds all day long and the view was gorgeous! I couldn’t get enough of the sunsets every day as well. I booked our next stay with Sea Glass Place while we were still in Grenada. My husband will love staying here. I can’t wait to return! Thank you Elvis and Jane for a wonderful stay!
CloseSeaglass Place is our tropical paradise home when visiting Grenada, we are repeat customers. This visit, my family and I stayed almost 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it as usual, even quarantine. The day before arrival we ordered groceries online, owners Jane and Elvis were so gracious and thoughtful, they tracked our order to make sure it was delivered on time and packed it away. After a long tiring trip, we arrived to an ultra-clean lovely apartment with stocked cupboards and refrigerator, and Jane’s warm mango muffins, YUMMY!
You won’t find a better value for impeccably maintained, fully equipped beachfront apartments. The beach really does have that gorgeous clear turquoise to blue water you see in photos, great for swimming and that’s the view from each apartment all the way out to the horizon. Highly recommend for all types of visits, from quarantine to a long extended stay. I had several online meetings while there, internet worked great- fast, no interruptions. Everything was as perfect as it appears online, I can’t wait to return.
Will recommend sea glass to anyone – a tourist or a returning local. The location is perfect with easy access to everything. It’s a family owned and operated establishment and customer service is excellent. The facility is clean, neat and all the necessities are included. There is a secluded beach right outside your door. View is a memorable experience either the sunrise or sunset. It’s also cost efficient, you will get your money worth. Jane and Elvis are the perfect hosts and Seaglass Place is a reflection of them. They team up for all your needs and are fully supported by small local owed businesses which also are all excellent.
CloseI found paradise and I’m never leaving. Alas, only one of the former is true…as with all good things; vacations included, they must end.
Sea Glass Place was just what we (my toddler and I) needed after 4.5 weeks in Carriacou. The proximity to the beach, the amenities, central location (to the port and airport, grocery stores, Grand Anse) all made this the perfect way to round out our time in Grenada. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Grenada, I would highly recommend Sea Glass. Jane and Elvis are excellent hosts who will look out for your needs while on the island.
Our room had all we could need including a small kitchen which if you do desire to cook, contained all the necessary basics. The rooms and property are updated and very modern.
If we ever find ourselves back in the Spice Isle, we will return to Sea Glass.
We throughly enjoyed our stay. We didn’t feel like we were in quarantine at all as we could go on the secluded beach. The surroundings were beautiful our highlights were watching the sunsets. Elvis and Jane were such welcoming hosts and helped us organise activities to do on the island. Definitely would like to stay here again.
CloseWonderful place , Elvis and Jane were perfect hosts, didn’t feel like I was in quarantine at all, highly recommend it even for a vacation, I will most certainly be back
CloseSeaglass is the perfect casual island getaway. Our room included a covered patio overlooking the ocean with ample seating and a table and chairs for outside dining and morning coffee. There is also a small secluded beach with a variety of water toys. We particularly appreciated the private “open air” outdoor shower at the top of the beach stairs. Jane and Elvis were very accommodating, especially with the COViD-19 quarantine logistics.
CloseIt was just as you see it in the pictures. We could hardly believe our luck. A gem that I will be using again. Feels quite and secluded and yet is in the middle of everything. Quarantine here really did not feel like quarantine. Jane and Elvis were exceptionally attentive host. There when needed but not overpowering. Helped us organise our transport at a time when rentals were hard to find.
We were greeted by a lovely banana and mango cake made by Jane.
Thanks for all your help and allowing us to experience a little bit a dream come true.
This is my second time staying at Sea Glass Place with Jane and Elvis. Sea Glass Place is conveniently located on the Grand Anse main road which provides easy access to local buses into the town of St. George and to local supermarkets and stores in the Grand Anse area.
This time around, I stayed in the newly renovated— Bougainvillea apartment, and it was fantastic— it was clean, cozy and comfortable. The room was just what I needed to rest and unwind and recharge for the second half of the year. I LOVED that the kitchen was “strategically” located in the verandah area which allowed me to prepare meals overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
And, as usual, Jane and Elvis were warm and welcoming hosts who once again made me feel at home—away from home!
I cannot put to words—what Jane’s warm and delicious mango muffins do to my soul and spirit. They are simply delicious!
I encourage you (strongly) to plan a trip to Grenada and specifically to stay at Sea Glass Place to meet Jane and Elvis, of course; experience the beautiful beach which was AMAZING in June and to sample for yourself, Jane’s warm mango muffins!
I will be back!
~Y
CloseI don’t know where to start. I had such a great time with Elvis and Jane they treated me like family even went shopping for groceries for me during quarantine. I miss them already. The place is great everything is clean and updated. Love love.
CloseMy experience at Sea Glass Place with Elvis and Jane came be summed up in one-word, phenomenal! I’ll start by commending them on the booking process. When I made reservations they responded within a couple of minutes with information on Grenada customs, covid guidelines and how to get food when in quarantine. When we arrived, the guidelines of the property was again reiterated. I just thought the process was so thorough and answered all my questions before even asking. I stayed in the Bougainvillea suite and it was magnificent. The room was clean and stocked with everything you can think of. From your sliding door, you can see the most beautiful scenery of the ocean and hear it too when you fall asleep. The property is secluded, very peaceful with its own secluded beach. Jane and Elvis made us feel very welcomed. They would provide us with info on nearby local spots and arrange transportation to get around the island. My husband and I enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely be coming back again.
CloseThis place and the hosts are truly amazing! Jane and Elvis are honestly the best hosts on Airbnb for us thus far. They are very kind, respectful, helpful, and genuinely cool people. They both made sure our stay in Grenada was impeccable and indelible. In addition, the place was truly breathtaking. We hope to come back for another stay. Don’t second guess, just book with them!!!!
CloseAs we roll with the punches of this devastating pandemic, Sea Glass Place is heaven on earth. From the access to the beautiful secluded beach, paddle boards, choice of spots to relax and the list goes on. Jane and Elvis were always available yet gave us space for our special family time. If you are looking for privacy, disconnect, beauty and relaxation, I highly recommend Sea Glass Place.
CloseSeaglass the name brings to mind gentle lapping waves on beautiful white sand beaches with colorful gems of polished glass found on the beach. Seaglass Place Grenada is all of the above and more, it’s a haven of polished and sophisticated unpretentious elegance. Owned an operated by Jane and Elvis Lewis a couple who’s warmth and hospitality has no limits where stranger immediately become lifelong friend and family is always welcome. Seaglass place is strategically located near to all restaurants and night life in Grenada. Transportation to the St. George’s and other part of the island is directly outside of the gate. It’s magical and peaceful and outright amazing. You have not received experienced hospitality until you stay at Seaglass Place. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
CloseWe could write a whole story on how lovely our 4 week stay was here, but we want you to actually read the review so we will try to keep this short and sweet. (Sweet like our hosts Jane and Elvis). It won’t be hyperbole saying that we will remember this trip for the rest of our lives, and the greatness that is Sea Glass Place. The property is a reflection of Jane and Elvis through the thoughtfulness and welcoming nature. It is bright and fun, just like them as well. The photos online do not do the place justice. There is plenty of space, and a beach literally outside your apartment. We stayed in the Flamboyant, which was a perfect size for the two of us and has a lovely deck. They have a strong decks game on this property. The location is ideal to get to St Georges or the Main Grand Anse Beach via walking or by bus, which can pick you up pretty much right outside the property. Book here if you want the best Grenada has to offer…we know you won’t regret it.
CloseI stayed here for my quarantine period as I was visiting my daughter on the island who was having my first grandchild. The baby arrived early just before I travelled so Jane and Elvis welcomed a very tired and emotional guest late on Friday night with such warmth and friendliness despite my being unable to string two words together. This brings me to the bed which is by far the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I woke on Saturday to amazing views and realised just how incredibly thoughtfully the apartment has been set up with all the equipment you could need. I was very impressed with the balcony fan. Jane and Elvis are wonderfully warm friendly people who went out of their way to make my short stay perfect. Elvis even offered to pick up some fresh groceries that had been missing from my food delivery order and Janes banana muffins were absolutely delicious.
CloseWe stayed at Sea Glass place after a week at Sandals so we could experience more of Grenada and we are so glad we did!! Jane and Elvis have the most wonderful piece of paradise in Grenada and are so generous to share it with vacationers. Traveling during COVID is definitely a different experience but Elvis and Jane made it simple but also made us feel super safe! They follow all protocols perfectly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect! The first night we were there, they invited us to a crawfish boil with their friends and the two other couples staying there. It was so cool to have a true Grenadian meal! Jane also baked us muffins for the first morning we were there and they were so delicious!
We stayed in the Starfruit room and it was great! Fully updated with a kitchen so we could cook meals if we wanted to. All the small details and decorations were adorable and really enhanced our stay.
Every morning we woke up and headed out to walk the beautiful Grand Anse Beach and then came back to paddle board, kayak or snorkel. Grenada is so much safer than other Caribbean islands we’ve been to and the people are so friendly and welcoming. Make sure you check out the binder in your room for restaurant recommendations for lunch or dinner. Most restaurants have a freshly caught fish of the day and use it to make fish tacos, sandwiches and appetizers. I guarantee you will not have better fish anywhere in the states!
If you are on the fence about booking this property, just do it! You will not regret it and I promise you will leave with the most amazing memories! We feel very blessed we were able to experience this little slice of Heaven! We can’t wait to go back!
CloseWe didn’t really…….just used to sensational headlines. In fairness and full disclosure we must admit that we are related to the out-of-sight pair that operate Sea Glass Place.
As we mentioned to Jane and Elvis, they are a couple who infused Grenada with “positivity and friendship”, a quality not lacking before their arrival but greatly enhanced by their presence, hard work, and commitment to the community.
Oh yeah… the place! It is absolutely a wonderful haven to while away the day. and cash in your chips of relaxation time . The cozy, well-apportioned rooms, the panoramic views, the local music and dining, and the spontaneous get-togethers that spawn from the vibes of your congenial hosts.
Where does one begin to explain the beauty of this place. I was able to quarantine here for seven wonderful days. The host Jane and Elvis went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and I appreciated that. I stayed in the Bougainvillea apartment, one of their newer additions to the property. The space was inviting from the onset with views, welcome muffins ( yummm) and the overall comfort of the bed. The room did not have an oven however, there’s a cook top, fridge, toaster and utensils which were more than adequate. If you needed anything just ask. Let’s talk decor and cleanliness of the room and property. I mean well kept and the room is inviting and soothing taking away the stress of traveling. My towels were fluffy and absorbent, when I tell you no details were spared in making the guest comfortable. The property has filtered water ( I didn’t listen to Elvis) so there’s no need to buy bottled water and conserve on plastic use. Also the room has a Brita, so walk with your own reusable bottles. The views on the property is unmatched and you have to see for yourself, the foliage and iguanas running up and down the tamarind tree. Lets not forget the beach is at your footstep, what more can one ask for, I can’t wait to return.

CloseI just stayed for four weeks at Sea Glass Place and absolutely loved it. My apartment was comfortable and pretty, and had every convenience. Stacks of fluffy towels, a bookshelf with great books, Netflix, and an incredibly well-equipped kitchen. Want to mash potatoes, make juice, or grate cheese? You’ll be all set. The cookware was in really nice shape, too–not your typical battered rental pots and pans. We also had a gas grill. The outdoor living was amazing. We could relax on our private verandah, or spend the day on the shaded deck overlooking the beach, or lounge on the beach itself. I loved picking up beautiful pieces of the abundant sea glass. The swimming is amazing–soft, sandy bottom and calm, clear water. An enclosed outdoor shower is located at the top of the steps up from the beach, and is stocked with shampoo and body wash. The property is safe and secure. Every evening brings an incredible view of the sunset. Highly, highly recommend!
CloseWe had a wonderful 2-night stay in the Bougainvillea room, which was lovely. The room and the balcony contain everything you will need, included in the efficiency kitchen. The outside spaces and the little beach are fantastic, as well as the sunset view.
Elvis and Jane were amazing hosts, who welcomed us with open arms
CloseWe just finished our 3rd year of staying at “Sea Glass Place”. Each year we stay longer. Jane and Elvis are the BEST when it comes to making you feel welcome. I love to cook and Jane supplied all my needs and wants. The place is situated in a prime location.. Short walk to Grand Anse Beach for happy hour/dinner or quiet and private for reading and swimming. We plan of coming back for 2022 and 2023.
CloseJane and Elvis went over and beyond to look out for me and my daughter. We had two separate stays and both were amazing. This place is definitely home away from home. The location, the beach, and Jane’s muffins made it a memorable stay. They treated us like family. They knew the best spots to eat, to shop, adventure, taxi drivers, everything; just wonderful hostesses.
We needed a place of peace and solace. Thank you Elvis and Jane for being our guardian angels.
CloseWOW, where do I begin?? I had the pleasure of staying in the new Bougainevillea studio apartment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to quarantine!! From the time I booked my reservation to the moment I left for the airport, I felt so taken care of by Elvis and Jane. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and feel at home.
The apartment is very well-appointed and thoughtfully designed, the perfect place for a solo traveller. I don’t think any other property on the island gives you the space and access during quarantine as Sea Glass does – secluded beach, kayaks, floats, beach chairs, even WIFI on the beach!! And the sunset views from the balcony of the Bougainevillea were simply breathtaking.
I’ve stayed at some of the best hotels across the world, yet the ones I remember most are the ones that make you feel like family – Sea Glass Place is definitely one of them. I was pretty sad to leave, but I’m looking forward to returning to my home away from home very soon.
Elvis and Jane have done an amazing job cultivating a space that feels magical, peaceful, and almost too good to be true – you won’t be disappointed!!
CloseThis was our third year staying at Sea Glass place. This year was special in that we had to quarantine for one week. Jane and Elvis were up to date on all protocols to keep us and other guests safe. We were able to swim in the warm turquoise waters to help maintain our sanity. Jane is the manger extraordinaire while Elvis is the ambassador. They know all the local spots and Elvis always “knows a guy”, usually a cousin, who can help get a tee time or a reservation. The property has undergone some extensive renovations with new bathrooms and upgraded WiFi since our last visit. It is a beautiful place to stay and every guest is always given a warm welcome.
CloseSeaglass place is like a fine wine. It gets better with time. We just visited for the third time and have already booked our fourth vacation…. and are contemplating a fifth.. That’s how great it is… the apartments are clean and comfortable .. but it is the veranda overlooking the aquamarine Caribbean Sea that I dream of…
Jane and Elvis are welcoming and delightful hosts … the secluded beach is just a few steps away…. For my husband and I, it is perfection.
ClosePerfect location! Beautiful, clean, comfortable rooms… lots of private space if you are quarantining! Jane & Elvis are super welcoming & helpful and made sure we felt at home! It felt more like staying with friends than a hotel. Thank you !!
CloseThis was my third year staying at sea glass , different because of COVID but what more could you ask for , a beautiful beach, water toys Galore and we had Jane and Elvis – not better hosts to be found. We put in our food shopping order and Jane and Elvis had it in our apartment waiting for us when we arrived . I could go on and on about how special this place is p rainbows, beautiful birds, a nice place to snorkel, and a wonderful open covered room overlooking the beach which we call the Library. It is just the most special place! We will be back !
CloseIt is said that a person should have one exquisite moment in each day. Thanks to Jane and Elvis, I was able to have many exquisite moments during my month-long trip to Grenada. Jane’s hospitality began before I arrived at Sea Glass Place. And on arrival, I not only felt welcomed but safe as one can be traveling during a global pandemic. The beach— secluded, special and serene— the sunsets alone are worth the stay at Sea Glass Place.
In addition, my room was clean and well sanitized. Jane and Elvis made sure that all government protocols were adhered to and went the extra mile to ensure that I was informed and aware of any protocol change regarding COVID-19.
The pair promptly addressed and resolved every question I had during my stay at Sea Glass Place.
The mango-ginger muffins were amazing and welcomed after a long flight! Plus, the mangoes, star fruits and golden apples—gifts from Elvis were special island treats.
Elvis and Jane are a ROCKSTAR duo who made me feel at home— away from home. Thank you!
My stay was exquisite. Will I return to Sea Glass Place— absolutely. Should you visit Sea Glass Place—YOLO.
And, thank you Elvis and Jane for welcoming me into the Sea Glass Place family.
See you guys soon.
Y.
CloseWe chose this place when we had to quarantine for a week, and I have to say it was even better than I had imagined it would be! Right on the beach, with a secluded little cove to enjoy. Beautiful accommodations. The sound of the waves all day and night, soothing you to sleep. Charming hosts Jane and Elvis. Could not be better.
CloseGreat secluded accommodations on a waterfront property for a week’s quarantine! Actually, it felt more like a vacation than a quarantine as we had access to the whole yard including a secluded beach! Slept to the sound of crashing waves, no need to put on air conditioning! Thanks to the great hosts Jane and Elvis who helped us with Grenada’s entry protocols such as the travel authorization certificates. They even shopped for our groceries and made sure we had everything we needed as we were in quarantine for a week. We highly recommend Sea Glass Place! ❤️
ClosePros:
– Incredible view overlooking the beach
– Jane and Elvis being amazing host!
– Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves from the beach
– Very private and secluded
– Free usage of kayaks, paddle boards, floaties, etc.
– Large balcony which is nice when having to quarantine so you can workout
– Amazing breeze from the sea (we didn’t turn the AC on at all)
Cons:
-I wish I stayed longer
My daughter and I have the pleasure of staying at Sea Glass Place for a memorable and fun-filled week. Jane and Elvis were beyond delightful with their generosity, kindness and can-do attitude. In fact, they made us feel like family.
Aside from the scenic landscape, top-notch amenities, and chill vibes, you will have a blast.
I have over 200 photos to prove it.
Trust me, I have stayed at Iberostar (Jamaica), The Merrion (Ireland), Radisson Blu Royal (Denmark), Banks Mansion (Amsterdam), and Sea Glass Place ranks right up there with them. Hence, I ‘highly’ recommend this establishment.
CloseMy stay at Sea Glass Place was fantastic. Jane and Elvis were very helpful and professional. They provided all the amenities needed and wanted including kayaks and paddle boards. The view of the sea and yachts was spectacular. Sea glass has great access to the beach within a few steps. It was a very pleasant and welcoming stay indeed. Highly recommended.
Close
A most memorable experience!
I was totally charmed by this little piece of paradise and it’s warm and welcoming hosts, Jane and Elvis. Words do not capture the essence of this lovely couple and their beautiful home. Jane’s welcome mango muffin is fabulous ❤️
The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious with every amenity of the best quality thoughtfully provided for your comfort. Wonderful views to enjoy with your morning coffee and many cozy corners to relax or enjoy a good book. The backyard is beautiful and tastefully lit at night for your enjoyment and your own secluded beach is the icing on the cake ! I could go on and on.
SEA GLASS PLACE is a Covid 19 quarantining facility as well and every protocol is in place ……masks, sanitizer, social distancing, daily temperature checks……and all are strictly adhered to. I was impressed with their diligence. Well done guys.
This is one choice you will never regret
CloseWe felt utterly spoilt from the moment we arrived. Jane & Elvis have thought of everything, from the fully equipped kitchen, to the abundance of towels, and the water sports equipment. The setting is magical, spectacular views and stunning sunsets. And, despite its proximity to the road, it is tucked into the hill, meaning the only sounds you hear are the ocean waves.
CloseWords will never explain what Jane and Elvis and Sea Glass Place did for me. Not only did they take me in during COVID and such crazy times, they made me feel like family and they saved my sanity. After being stranded in Grenada for over 3 months, I had to leave my current housing situation and found this amazing place, I literally would have lost my mind. Even during construction and COVID and while everything else on the island was shut down, Jane and Elvis took me in and it was the most beautiful relaxing “home” I could have found. Their gorgeous secluded beach and amazing views alone could have saved me, but these two beautiful people made all the difference in the world. Full of love and kindness, when all I wanted to do was get get home, I suddenly was ok being stranded a couple more weeks. I’ll never be able to thank them enough and can’t wait to return under slightly more normal circumstances!!! I miss you guys and can’t wait to see you again!!!
CloseWe absolutely love Sea Glass Place. This was Our second visit. We were happy to book the same apt as in 2019. Even happier when we found it even better than before. Elvis and Jane continue to make improvements. The amenities are fantastic. They have large outdoor decks where you can enjoy privacy or gather as a group. The cove below with access to the Sea for swimming and floating. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and use the fluffy beach towels to dry off! Floats and even kayaks are provided for Guest’s use. Nothing is too much trouble for these hosts! Sadly Our visit was cut short by a couple of days when the US called Citizens home and flights were discontinued due to the Corona Pandemic. Only makes Us more anxious to return!! These simple clean apartments are everything we need to unwind, relax and enjoy!!
CloseWe were anxious to return to Sea Glass and Tamarind Apt. It was wonderful on Our first visit in 2019. What a surprise to find it not only met our expectations, but was even better. Improvements continue. We loved the new roof on the deck by the sea. What a wonderful place to lime away an afternoon or enjoy gathering for Sunset Cocktails! Our first night was perfect with a float in the beautiful sea below and dinner on Our Own patio. The corona pandemic meant many of the restaurants were beginning to close. We felt fortunate to have cooking facilities, a bbq and a direct Ocean View right there!! Sadly We did need to leave a couple of days early. We will return to enjoy the solitude, hospitality and friendship of Sea Glass!!!
CloseMy husband AL and I heard about Sea Glass from some friends here in MA. What a great find. Elvis and Jane are such good people and we hated to say goodbye. They arranged multiple trips for us which were great. The location is the best as it is a block from the Grand Anse beach and less than a mile to St. George’s. The water toys, including paddle boards and kayaks added to our enjoyment. You can’t beat their semi private beach! The view from our room, Flamboyant, was splendid and accommodations were perfect.
CloseSince we were there during the covid-19 confusion Jane and Elvis helped us immensely to reassure us.Letting us use their laptop and phone and especially their expertise we were able to have a more relaxing vacation.Even though it was chaotic at time and we thought we were stuck on the island Elvis gave us a bit of hope with the news that our country was trying to convince grenada to re-open their airport to Air Canada and return the Canadians back home. For us Jane and Elvis are the best. Not only they gave us an extra free day they also reassured us we were welcome to stay longer if we had to.Since most of the restaurants were closing down they even took the time to invite us twice to dinner and treated us like VIP. Because we had to get to the airport a few more times than expected their private cab driver”Kerry”refused our money.
We will never thank you guys enough for all that you did to help us get the best vacation under all those circumstances.
Best hosts ever
Richard & Denise
My husband and I were so very fortunate to discover the Sea Glass place “ paradise” 4 years ago! From the first moment we were met at the front gate and welcomed to our apartment we knew we had found our retirement home…hopefully, that is if they had not already booked the following year? All we could think of as our first 4 incredible weeks passed by so quickly was we must return! Since then Elvis and Jane continue to invest in upgrading in not only making the Sea Glass Place one of the most sought after apartments in Grenada but a place everyone wants to “return to”! Jane and Elvis are more than hosts, welcoming you with fresh homemade fruit breads, the Grenadian contagious laughter and true respect accompanied by love of people and making it their goal to make everyone happy. BBQ’s on all private decks over looking one of Grenada’s most sought after properties to kayaks, floaties, paddle boards well more than you can imagine as it is all here! When you are so privileged in your life to find a place in paradise consider it a gift!, book it now.!,,
As always..Helene
From Billy…”say it, say it loud, say it clear” I love you my brother and you Jane the most beautiful Island Woman I have ever met!
Until we meet again.SW ?
Its an experience i will never forget. Amazing hospitality, beautiful beach and such a zen atmosphere. Its a place that i put first on my list in returning back to the wonderful island of grenada. P.s save me more of that banana bread.
CloseWe recently had the pleasure of staying at Sea Glass Place for three weeks in February! We had such a wonderful time here! It was our first time visiting Grenada and we are definitely going back! The apt we stayed in was very well equipped with everything you needed but if there was something you needed all you need do is ask. The bed was so comfy too and not to mention the view from our patio! Wow! Lots to do and getting around was very easy, just grab a bus, hop on and enjoy the ride! Grand Anse Beach was just a short walk away but why go there when there is a fabulous little beach right here! Jane and Elvis are wonderful hosts and they made our stay such a great one….thank you! What an awesome place to stay!
CloseThis was our second stay at Seaglass place We were there two years ago and it gets better all the time. Elvis and Jane are super great hosts and make this place more personal with their warmth, knowledge and helpfulness. Thanks Jane for the loafs and muffins. We stayed in the Star Fruit apt which was a clean apt with two queen beds. The one bed is In a separate area. We had a private deck which is quite large and a bbq which we used quite a few times.
There are so many areas here to chill, your deck, a covered deck, a sunshine deck and the secluded beach. There are water toys, lounges, chairs. This place is so beautiful that people stop by at the road to have a peek. The nicest spot to have a vacation., close to town, restaurants, and Grand Anse if you want to have a really long walk. We were there for four weeks and have booked again two years from now.
Thanks again Elvis and Jane and we look forward to seeing you again and the changes in two years.

CloseWe loved every bit of our recent stay in Tamarind at Sea Glass Place. Elvis and Jane are the perfect hosts, treating their guests like family. From the minute their driver Kerry met us at the airport to the sad day we left, everything was way above our expectations. The apartment is comfortable and well furnished. We loved all the deck areas, the beach and all the beach toys. Grand Anse Beach is a short walk with plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping. Buses to St George’s stop right outside the house and can get you anywhere on the island. We really enjoyed our interaction with the other guests, joining them for excursions and dinners out. Overall, this was like staying with your favorite relative and we can’t wait for our (already booked) trip back!
CloseElvis and Jane were amazing! We arrived in Grenada late, and with no bags or rental car due to issues with the flight. They invited us to their dinner table, and made sure we were taken care of until our bags arrived. They were also a wealth of knowledge on how to get around in Grenada, and the local spots to visit. On top of that Seaglass Place is absolutely wonderful. Access to a secluded beach, that we often had to ourselves, complete with kayaks, paddleboards, and chairs…I didn’t want to leave.
CloseAmazing , knowledge and friendly hosts.
On our arrival , we were met by Elvis and Jane, with cold beer, cold water and homemade muffins. Their property is just heavenly. The decks, that (secluded) beach – it was wonderful, but sadly too short. Next time, we will book it for longer. A short walk to the Grande Anse and St Louis Marina.
It’s a gem.
Jane & Elvis truly know how to make their guests feel welcome. And their recommendations on places to eat and things to do from a local’s perspective were truly fabulous. Jane’s homemade banana mango muffins alone are worth the stay at Sea Glass! You may be able to find a more updated/modern interior… but you’re in Grenada and the outside space is what truly matters here. When we weren’t out exploring, we were sitting on one of 4 decks overlooking the most spectacular sunsets and ocean views. You will NOT find better hosts, and you’ll surely not find a more secluded beach just steps outside your door. From A/C in each unit to a comfy assortment of beach and lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, canoes and paddle boards…Sea Glass Place has everything you need for an amazing oceanside stay in Grenada. We hope to be back and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.
CloseAwesome place, awesome hosts! Jane and Elvis are great, helpful, and knowledgeable. Perfect location, beautiful views, great apartment, awesome decks. I have to make sure I can stay longer next time! Thanks!
CloseThe fact that we have stayed at Seaglass Place for four years in a row seems to indicate that we rather like it and just in case you are in any doubt, we have already booked for next year. Sun, sea , comfort and wonderful hosts, what more could you possibly want.
CloseAmazing, Relaxing, Fun, Soul Renourishment – PARADISE!
Sea Glass Place is my most favorite vacation experience to date! That’s a strong statement from a travel addict for sure. Sea Glass is SUPER convenient for a safe and easy walk to Grande Anse beach. Esther’s Bar is a must hit. The bus stop out front was great for easy trips to St. George or Grande Anse. #1 bus is the only thing you need to remember. From St. George you can go basically anywhere on safe, reliable, public transportation. It’s definitely a cool and fun local experience so ditch considering renting a car and use the bus system instead. I’m so glad I did! The apartment/bungalow had exceptional views and was perfect for swimming, snorkeling or roaming the shore for sea glass and nature trinkets. Sea Glass has a secluded beach due to the topography which is amazing! The outdoor shower was perfect. I think I showered inside twice in my 10 days there? The beach/ocean toys were super high quality too. From snorkel gear to solid kayaks to amazing floats, Sea Glass provided anything a water-minded person could dream of using. I even came home and ordered several of the exact floats (and sunshade from the deck) for use in my beach house. Sea Glass has AMAZING vegetation! Golden apples, star fruit, soursop and numerous other local and native species fill the property. Elvis gave me many ripe golden apples which were so delicious! The bungalow was perfectly appointed with comfortable beds, furniture and the kitchen items were adequately stocked. It was extremely clean too. The WiFi always worked and the tv was enjoyed by my boyfriend for a Packers game one night. Although who needs WiFi or TV in heaven? The bungalow also had plenty of information for visitors – books, maps and local travel guide pamphlets. Elvis and Jane arranged for our transportation to and from the airport and an awesome hiking day excursion with Wondering Soles. Kerry provided awesome transportation. We booked him separately for a day to drive around the island. He’s very safe, fun, knowledgeable and just cool to be around. This included a chocolate factory, Leaper’s Hill, a short hike we NEVER would’ve found without him with killer views facing Carricou, the River Antoine Rum Distillery and numerous other places. He gave us a fun tour of the island for sure! Wondering Soles took us to Annadale Falls but due to the rain the night before, they modified the rest of the waterfalls trip. Totally understandable so we went on a fun hike to a black sand beach. This was eco-tourism at its best as our guide was a trained naturalist. I loved learning about all the various species and wildlife while on the hike. We also really enjoyed one of their local friends, TC, during happy hours on the decks. He took us to an incredible party in the rainforest. What an adventure! Great people know great people! Rhady, a certified tour guide, gave us a walk tour of St. George one afternoon. He was super knowledgeable and provided tons of information on local history. We also enjoyed a fun lunch at Sail’s. After a failed attempt to get to the Grenada Underwater Sculpture Park on a solo trip – we booked a snorkel trip. This was a fun day departing St. George, hitting the sculpture park, Molinière-Beauséjour Marine Protected Area And several bays in this area. We should’ve asked Jane and Elvis to assist with booking but it was still a fun trip. Jane and Elvis were the utmost fun, pleasant and professional hosts, with the most fabulous property on earth. I SO very much enjoyed them and their property. My only regret was not being able to volunteer with them at a local school’s reading program. Again, great people give back to their community just as Jane and Elvis do! I cannot express how wonderful and life-altering my time was in Grenada, but specifically at Sea Glass Place Apartments and with Jane and Elvis. I will 100%, without a doubt, return to Grenada and book at Sea Glass Place Apartments. I cannot wait to visit again!
CloseWonderful place!
Our apartment was spotless, comfortable and stocked with what you need. Bed extremely comfortable, especially for Grenada. Jane and Elvis were fun, helpful, friendly and excellent hosts. Jane brought us warm coffee cake on our first morning to have with our coffee on the private porch. Watched iguana family in nearby tree. Fruit trees in yard. Very private and well landscaped grounds. Well lit walkway at night down to the little secluded beach. Snorkeling right there was quite good, day or night! Chairs, noodles, kayaks provided. A variety of places to sit on property. Fun to watch boats come and go in the nearby harbor…as well as cruise ships into the port in St George. Sound of waves to get to sleep and to drown out traffic noises on nearby road. Road is busy, but very easy to get $1 buses to St George or Grand Anse. Convenience is a big plus for getting to restaurants etc without a car. Highly recommend Sea Glass Place!
Thanks Jane and Elvis! Hope to see you again.

We can only say this place was the loveliest, most chilled out place we have ever stayed. Wonderful apartment and Elvis and Jane were brilliant hosts, hot banana bread appearing on our patio as if by magic (Jane you are the most amazing cook)! Breathtaking sea views – my husband was in his element as he took his fishing rods. They even put a sparkly Christmas palm tree on the decking, where we sat with drinks watching the sunset. The lovely Elvis asked us If there was anything needed to make it any better – there just isn’t, it’s perfect.
We will be back next year. X
CloseWe stayed in the Star Fruit apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The apartment is kitted out with everything you could possibly need, the air con is silent (which is a rarity in the Caribbean). Access to the little secluded beach was a real treat along with the use of the kayaks, canoes and paddle boards. Seaglass is central to both Grand Anse and St George and buses run along the road at all times so it’s very easy to get anywhere.
The hosts – Jane and Elvis – were lovely and offered just the right amount of assistance. Absolutely loved the homemade banana and mango bread!
If you’re looking for a relaxed holiday with amazing views (and a family of iguanas 🙂 ) look no further than seaglass apartments.
CloseWe had a great time at Seaglass and enjoyed the company of Jane and Elvis and all the privacy Seaglass offers. Very relaxing and beautiful surroundings. Thanks again to Jane and Elvis.
CloseStrongly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, peace and privacy (only a handful of rooms in total). Very well equipped kitchen and access to kayaks. Jane and Elvis are excellent hosts.
CloseLove Seaglass Place! Everything about my week long stay was wonderful! The accommodations, views, sound of the water, swimming a few steps away, gorgeous beach a few minutes away, beach bars and food within walking distance, sunsets from Seaglass Place decks, finding Seaglass and being with Jane and Elvis added to the whole package! I did as much as I wanted and still had time to read and relax. A great place for a single, friends, family or a small retreat!
CloseWe had such a wonderful time with this friendly couple I myself felt at home every day of my stay We were very sad leaving but I can recommend all my friends to stay there Thank you so much for your kind hospitality. From Alice Roylin and Leroy. ❤️
CloseMy girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. The location is beautiful – on a secluded section of beach, with Grand Anse in walking distance as well. Our room had everything we needed, and provided the perfect place to rest after a few long days in the sun. In addition to generally being amazing hosts, Jane shared the most delicious freshly baked mango bread with us and Elvis helped us find a taxi at the last minute, when we had not planned ahead. I hope to stay with them again!
CloseWe made an intelligent decision and chose Sea Glass out of approximately nine choices. Our vacation sadly came to an end two weeks ago and can’t seems to neglect Sea Glass from mind nor conversations. Grenada is my home but seaglass would always be my peace of mind at home. Great place, great host, great scenery hands down.
CloseWith its secluded beach who needs a pool. Nestled among trees and overlooking the sea the gardens and balconies provide numerous opportunities to relax in comfort. Our children (and ourselves) were often in the sea before breakfast and still swimming into the night with the bio-luminescent plankton. Great snorkeling around the nearby rocks. Kayaks available to use, which can get you to the center of Grand Anse beach in 15 mins, quicker and more fun than walking. Buses pass the back door which can get you most places, however we hired a car (organised within minutes by the owners) to make sure we could explore all corners of Grenada. Finally, the owners (Elvis and Jane) are superb – lovely people who offered the perfect combination of help and friendly tips yet knowing when to leave you alone for privacy.
CloseWe researched accommodation quite extensively once we knew we were going to Grenada. We needed somewhere self catering and centrally located. We made an inspired choice with Seaglass Place. The view is amazing, access to the beach couldn’t be better and great hosts. There’s very impressive snorkelling just down the steps. Elvis was a font of local knowledge and very attentive to our needs. Go up to the road and stick your hand out to stop a bus to get you into St. George or Grande Anse. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thanks Elvis and Jane, you will be seeing us again.
CloseI initially booked Sea Glass because of the pictures advertised. The pictures were as accurate as in person. But to be completely honest, anywhere in Grenada exemplifies pure beauty. The thing that stands out about Sea Glass is the owners of this establishment. After meeting Jane and her husband Elvis, Sea Glass Place will only be part of the reason why I will return. My number one reason for returning to Sea Glass Place whenever I travel to Grenada again will be because of how accommodating Jane and Elvis were. They were cool, hospitable individuals who made me feel so comfortable that a two night stay turned into four. After speaking with Jane I learned about the work she does for the local community and her push toward kids obtaining a proper education. She has a heart of gold! Can’t wait to return to Grenada and chill out at Sea Glass with Jane and Elvis.
CloseIt’s hard to top what others have posted here. Sea Glass is convenient to everything St. Georges, comfortable, clean and the view of the ocean from your own porch is beyond awesome! All the beaches in Grenada are public but this small beach seems private because it’s not very easy for the general public to get to. Sea Glass Place literally sits right on top of it so you conveniently walk down some private stairs and you’re there. They have a few masks and snorkels, kayaks and other toys available for guests to use at no charge. Grenada is a relatively safe island but there is also security cameras all over the grounds and Elvis is ex-military so you always feel safe. That part of the review is easy. What is not so easy is to convey how wonderful your hosts Jane and Elvis are. They will assist with any plans you’d like to make. They know practically everyone and everything going on and if you want help finding the best tours, food, shopping, bars, rum shops, boat rides, dive shops or music they can direct you or help with arrangements. They are warm and caring hosts that always go the extra mile. Want to know what it feels like to have family in Grenada? STAY AT SEA GLASS !!!
CloseHad a great few days here, and the apartments are all located right by Grand Anse Beach. Jane even made some mango banana muffins from homegrown fruit – which were a delicious treat, thanks so much!
CloseWhat more can I say about Sea Glass except that it is just paradise and that we absolutely loved our stay there!
This was our first visit to Grenada, and Sea Glass most certainly had to have been the best choice we could have made of anywhere for us to stay. The Tamarind is a great little apartment, with a super comfy bed, in such an amazing location in Grenada. The beach at the house is stunning and just perfect–it was actually even nicer than I was expecting it to be–and I knew it was going to be gorgeous before going! The property, with the different decks to hang out on, and the landscaping, is just amazing. The snorkeling is fantastic right off the beach! I could go on and on…
Aaaand, of course, the hosts! Jane and Elvis are superb hosts, and a joy to be around. Thank you for everything you two, and we cannot wait to visit again. And thanks for the medication to help with Jen’s back pain. We had a wonderful week at your guesthouse, and absolutely loved our entire time in Grenada. All of it was such a perfect choice for our 10th anniversary. I could shed a tear writing this, as it was such a special trip, and so what we needed and much overdue.
We wish you the very best, and look forward to seeing you again at some point.
Jay
CloseFriends, How the hell can I top what has been said before!!!!!
This was my 5th stay. I am a Grenadian, and know every damn thing about my Island,
The peace of mind when I go home is knowing that Jane and Elvis will put be straight
on any thing I missed. You can call on them for any help or information you require.
For the accommodation its all been said. Location is great. Etc.
I guarantee you will not be disappointed..
Enjoy your holiday with Jane and Elvis. Great fun.
Maxiboy.
We had a blast! The intangibles of staying here are that you have Jane and Elvis on top of things for you at all times. If there is anything you need to know they will have recommendations and tips. Our whole trip relied upon their awesome knowledge of the island. I am so glad i found this place. We will be back to this island eventually and this is definitely where we will look to stay again.
Jane makes amazing mango banana bread! And she’s from the cape for all you other New England-ers.
Phenomenal stay!! My husband and I stayed at Sea Glass Place for three nights and our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Elvis and Jane are such gracious hosts. Their recommendations for what to do on the island and where to eat are wonderful. The property is absolutely breathtaking and so peaceful. Our rental was perfect- spacious, sparkling clean, full of amenities, and were able to see and hear the ocean. We highly recommend staying at Sea Glass Place- it is a magical place!
CloseAgree with prior reviews, Jane and Elvis are wonderful hosts willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The location and views are outstanding. The rooms are clean and comfortable as well as an excellent value. Sea Glass place is a great place to stay in Grenada.
CloseWe had a wonderful time at Sea Glass Place and Grenada.
We are active vacationers who love nature and animals.
We are self-sufficient and low maintenance.
Having said that, this was the best place we have stayed at in several years of vacationing on different caribbean islands.
They arranged pick up (with a grocery stop, IGA) and drop off to the airport.
They made fruit bread and had beer for our arrival and departure.
Elvis and Jane were wonderful hosts.
They gave us the information we needed and included some insider knowledge of the island.
They were not overbearing but they followed up with us when necessary.
And they were genuinely nice and engaging hosts.
Also, they had some local currency on hand we could purchase.
The place (Flamboyant) had a fully functional air conditioner, gas stove, microwave, coffee pot, and hot water heater (for tea).
Functioning sounds silly but we have found that this isn’t always the case at other places. 🙂
We only had one minor issue with the room safe not working but this wasn’t a problem.
The windows had bars and they gave us a room key for a deadbolt and door lock.
And don’t be concerned about the bars, they had wrap around decks and a screen door to see the ocean.
It is in a great location.
A 20-30 minute walk to Grand Anse and St Georges.
The beach out back is great.
It was better snorkeling than Grand Anse.
I saw a Octopus, Barracuda, and a Sea Worm near the rocks off to the right of the hotel.
The complex had some nice amenities.
They had 2 kayaks which we took advantage of and cruised to Grand Anse and St. Georges.
They had plenty of floats for the ocean.
And best of all, was a outside shower, that was fully enclosed, to wash the sand off.
We would definitely love to come back to Grenada and Sea Glass would be a number one choice.
If we come back in season, we might get to see Loggerhead Turtles hatch or Dolphins/Whales! 🙂
Lessons Learned
===============
1) There was no need to exchange money unless you were going to use the local bus.
We did not because the walks to Grand Anse and St Georges were very easy.
2) If you come in the summer, this is the off season.
This makes booking trips harder because of lower turn outs.
3) If you want to go hiking, bring a light pair of pants (dense brush).
Tours
=====
Wondering Soles – We took a hike with Amber to Concord Falls.
She showed us lots of fruit, spices, and flowers.
Best of all was getting to take a dip in a waterfall! (Sounds corny but we could not do this in Hawaii because it was prohibited. 🙁 )
Note of caution: It is slippery when climbing over rocks. Take it slow and you should be fine.
I would highly recommend her company!
EcoDive – We did the snorkeling tour to Flamingo Bay and the Underwater Museum.
Excellent, informative crew and they had Marine Biologists on staff!
Christine is very knowledgable and a great owner.
Flamingo Bay had a great variety of fish and coral with good depth to dive.
Definitely worth it!
And if you have not done it, the Underwater Museum is interesting.
If you not interested it that stuff, there was a big Barracuda lurking about and a big Spotted Moray! 🙂
Another interesting thing is they offer PADI free diving courses.
We would have loved to try it but we ran out of time.
Elvis and Jane are a great host and hostess! They arranged for a driver to pick us up and to stop at the grocery store en route. Their place has a great layout! Several decks with places to relax in the sun or shade and a lovely private like beach at the bottom. You can walk to Grand Anse Beach or St. George’s, but the number 1 bus will stop right out front and is $1 US per person. They were very attentive, insightful and helpful during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with essentials and there is a hibachi grill you can use on the deck. Jane and Elvis kept us supplied in marvelous mangoes and homemade mango and banana bread, yum! We also enjoyed starfruit, limes and Caribbean apples from the property. My son especially enjoyed the kayaks and we snorkeled along the shore. A very relaxing and enjoyable vacation! We spent 3 days diving with Aquanauts and lunched frequently at Umbrellas. You won’t go wrong here unless you are looking for party central…if you are, this may be the wrong island for you!
CloseElvis and Jane were the most welcoming people and made sure we felt at home. From the delicious banana mango muffins Jane baked for us on check in day, to the kayaks and floats Elvis helped bring down the beach, to the fresh fruit they brought to our room door, everything was lovely! The beach is mostly private and in your backyard available to you 24/7 to enjoy. The bedroom and kitchen were clean and super cozy on top of the luxury of falling asleep to the sound of the waves. I highly recommend Elvis’s home for your stay in Grenada!!! We will most definitely be back if the opportunity presents itself
CloseThe sea glass place was amazing ? I fell in love with Jane and Elvis first day. Two wonderful people very welcoming and caring and their property was beautiful the views were breathtaking my whole Grenada experience was just amazing Thank you
CloseHome today from Sea Glass Place and can’t emphasize enough just how stunning a setting this piece of paradise is. Jane and Elvis greet you and treat you like family. Jane, I NEED more of your mango banana bread!! As someone who happily spends the day searching for sea glass, this was the jackpot!! Gorgeous shades of aqua, orange, yellow and even lilac! Snorkeling right off the beach. We walked to Grand Anse beach and also into St. George’s to catch the catamaran/beach barbecue excursion. Busses go by frequently and are easy to use if you wish. We will have to return to do more exploring of the island as it was difficult to pull ourselves away from this perfect spot. The room had everything we needed including staples for cooking which was nice. Comfy beds and a veranda to watch the glorious sunsets. Thank you Jane and Elvis for sharing your piece of paradise with us. No goodbyes, just…until we meet again.
CloseThere honestly isn’t a better place to stay in Grenada than Sea Glass Place. We have been home a week and are still glowing from our stay!
Within minutes of arriving, Sea Glass Place felt like home. Elvis and Jane arranges for their driver, Kerry, to pick us up from the airport and make a stop at the grocery store on the way. Jane greeted us with fresh homemade banana mango bread and made sure we had everything we needed, including cold beers :).
We were immediately taken aback by the beauty of the property, our friends back home couldn’t believe it was real!! We started each morning with kayaking around the area, Elvis and Jane provide kayaks, snorkels and floating chairs for guests. It was an amazing start to each morning!
The location is incredible and so easy to navigate the island. Just a short walk to Grand Anse and a quick bus ride to St. George’s and anywhere else you’d like to go. For longer trips, Kerry or his associate Douglas, can be arranged. What was really special was that Elvis and Jane genuinely care about the type of travel experience you want and make recommendations to fit your style. From the street food night at Dodgy Dock, the hike to Seven Sisters Waterfalls, to the day trip to Carriacou, their recommendations helped us to have the most memorable trip to Grenada. Be sure to check out the restaurant guide in the rooms, La Plywood fish tacos ARE NOT TO BE MISSED!
If you are thinking of booking, just do it. There is no way you will be disappointed in choosing Sea Glass Place. Treat yourself to paradise!!
CloseFound Sea Glass Place searching for accommodations for a quickly planned trip to Grenada. Our first visit to this island. Elvis and Jane were wonderful. It was a pleasure enjoying their companionship during our visit. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The small barbecue grill was a real plus. We enjoyed sitting on the deck every night watching the sun go down. Very nice small beach with some decent snorkeling that we used frequently. We rented a car and toured most of the island visiting different beaches and some of the waterfalls. Driving the serpentine roads of Grenada was quite an experience! Sea Glass Place will be our first option for any return trips to Grenada.
CloseWe had such a wonderful stay at Sea Glass Place – we didn’t want to leave! We stayed in Tamarind and it was perfect for the two and a half weeks we spent in Grenada. The apartments are in a great location with a gorgeous beach that we snorkelled at every day. It’s five minutes’ walk to Grand Anse Beach and 10-15 minutes on a bus to St Georges, and there’s so much space to hang out at Sea Glass Place that you can happily just spend the day there relaxing. Elvis and Jane were great hosts and looked after our every need. We would highly recommend staying at Sea Glass Place; it feels so long ago and far away already!
CloseWe are so happy we found this beautiful place. Elvis and Jane were gracious hosts, warm and easy-going, available yet able to give space to their guests. They were helpful and informative about Grenada, what to do, and where we might go.
The view from our balcony was stunning – the usual spectacular Caribbean fare with turquoise water, sailboats, and great sunsets. We also loved the fruit trees outside our apartment – star fruit, and golden apple. Yum!!! And there was a breadfruit tree and beautiful bougainvillea which Jane told us is the national flower of Grenada. We could walk right down to the beach which was mostly private (as I understand it all beaches in Grenada are considered public). They had all the toys and chairs you could ask for – kayaks, and snorkeling gear, and noodles to float with.
We stayed in the Star Fruit apartment with two queen beds. The place was very clean and well-stocked. We cooked quite a few meals there for the three of us (my husband, adult daughter and me) and found everything we needed to do so. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels as well as soap and paper products for the bathroom and kitchen.
Sea Glass Place is on the main road along the coast between Grand Anse and St George’s so the road is busy. They have parking which we needed because we rented a car. The parking is right next to the road so sometimes backing out was a challenge, but it always worked out. A big question about a place on a main road is noise, but we never found that to be a problem. The apartments face the sea and we often sat on our balcony at different times of day without feeling the noise intruded into our experience.
Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely stay at Sea Glass Place again. Elvis and Jane, thank you very much for sharing your beautiful place and for your warm hospitality!!!
I stumbled on this place when a group of us were desperately needing a place to stay because of flight complications to a planned Sandals vacation. Little did I know how lucky we were to be able to get 2 rooms for the six of us. Elvis couldn’t have been a more generous and accommodating host(Jane was away). He helped organize all our taxi’s and even restaurant reservations. We were lucky enough to have had conversations with Elvis and his childhood friends who gave us a better understanding of the island and the people.
You couldn’t ask for more amazing views of the sunsets and literally just steps down to the secluded beach. You can snorkel right there and find plenty of pretty sea glass along the shore. We felt very safe in Grenada as a whole and we were kind of sad to be leaving Sea Glass Place even though we were heading to a “luxury included” vacation, that’s how much we loved it!
We would all stay here again in a heartbeat:)
Staying at the Sea Glass was fantastic from start to finish. Elvis and Jane are the perfect hosts who are happy to help with any query or with anything that you need. The view from the balcony is so lovely and it was such a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy from early morning to sunset and beyond. The ‘secluded’ beach was a big plus and it was so lovely to go down and have a swim or use the kayaks whenever you wanted. We quite often walked down to Grand Anse beach which took about 7 minutes to reach, although we did hire a car which we would recommend if you want to get out and about further afield ( we hired ours from Avis in St Georges and they were fine). We even walked to St Georges although it is easy enough to get a bus as they go past often. The apartment is in such a fabulous spot and although it is on a a main road the only noise you really hear is the lapping of the waves on the beach. Quite honestly, for value for money, comfort and relaxation, I don’t see how it can be beaten.
CloseGood idea to have Seaglass arrange pick up at airport, inexpensive and to stop at grocery store for staples…better idea was to have Seaglass arrange our rental car the next day, less expensive than doing it on our own……our apartment was PERFECT….big enough for the 2 of us…clean, cool, loved the kitchen,AC if needed and WI-FI too…. and the porch was OUTSTANDING….sunset every evening….and able to watch the Port of St. George for ship/yacht action…probably the REAL BEST is the secluded sandy beach right out front…..and the ability to walk to Grand Anse Beach in 4 minutes..along with its tasty restaurant’s…..but the VERY BEST are Elvis and Jane, born to host ….able to give above and beyond whatever we requested….study up on the island before you go, we were there 26 days and left with a few sites unseen….it is a WONDERFUL ISLAND…the mountains and rainforest were bigger than we expected…many hikes…go to the factories offering tours, you will learn about rum, cocoa, and nutmeg….the IGA grocery store has everything we get into USA and loads from Europe too…..please consider Grenada for your vacation but you MUST STAY AT SEAGLSS PLCE…it is the VERY VERY BEST
BOB AND CYNTHIA …ADIRONDACK NY USA
Great airport pickup arranged by Elvis and Jane, warm welcome on reaching apartment from Jane. Shown around apartment everything explained really well.
Just as advertised, but location more beautiful than pictures, the beach was fantastic.
Lots of recommendations of where to eat etc in welcome book, and lots more very useful info as well.
They also arranged for a round the island trip for us, that was really good, you see so much more of the island.
As people have already said, Elvis and Jane were the best hosts ever, nothing was too much trouble.
Great advice on places to eat and listen to great music.
The freshly baked fruit loaves were fantastic and much appreciated.
Fully kitted out for self catering, but we didn’t do much of that, even a barbeque.
Loads of outdoor space from your private balcony to various decks overlooking the sea and a few steps down to the beach.
Met some lovely people in the other 2 apartments, and the Grenadian people were so polite and friendly. As soon as you walk out the front gate the busses will slow and ask if you want a lift to town or Grande Anse, brilliant service and cheap 80 Pence a trip!
So a fantastic stay with lovely people, if you are thinking of booking don’t hesitate.
Many thanks Lynne and Keith.
This is my second stay at Sea Glass Place. Two weeks last year when we planned a vacation with our friends and their little boy, from London, and ten days again this year for a girls’ vacation with my sister and cousin. It’s also perfect for a romantic getaway. There is nothing that compares to the location, the setting, the swimming and the hosts, Elvis and Jane. I will always stay here on my return trips to Grenada. Have stayed in both the Flamboyant and Star Fruit apartments. Each equally comfortable and beautifully appointed. The house and grounds are peaceful with multiple outdoor areas to sit and relax in either shade or sun. I can’t say enough about this wonderful place.
CloseWe have been to other places in Greanda, they all were nice but Sea Glass Place is just the best because we always meet such nice people.
The best hosts as well as the best location….and my cooking lesson was so much fun!
Hopefully we will see you next year, but anyway we come back for sure.

CloseSea Glass place is a real find. Ideally located on the road between Grand Anse and St. Georges. They have a small beach right on site along with a lovely deck and beautiful trees. Elvis and Jane are very thorough and accommodating and they really make you feel welcome.
I stayed 6 nights and I guess housekeeping comes in once a week. I believe that was explained in writing, but I didn’t pay much attention. Next time (and I hope there will be) I would probably be willing to pay a modest amount extra to have them come in after 3 nights or so.
Sea Glass place comes highly recommended from me.
Sea Glass Place is ideally located just a short walk from Grand Anse beach and Port Louis. The #1 buses go by frequently to take you into St George’s or to the grocery store for a whopping 2.50EC (about 90 cents US) each way. The property sits on a bluff with great views of the ocean, active port and sunsets The private beach is the second best feature; in fact, we only swam once at Grand Anse preferring to spend our time on the beach on the property. The best feature is the hospitality of Jane and Elvis. They treat their guests like family and work very hard to make sure that your needs are met. As locals, they know the best places to eat or get a tropical drink. Many of these places can be reached by walking. This was our second visit and it was very hard to leave. We have already booked a future vacation.
CloseSuch a great place to stay. Right on a beach. Nice swimming and the snorkeling was not to bad either. Jane and Elvis are the best hosts. Very accommodating to your needs. We scheduled our trip for next year before we left.
CloseThis is the third year in a row we stayed at Sea Glass Place.. It gets better every year with more and more improvements. Elvis and Jane are the most gracious hosts you could ask for with anything you need to know or want in Grenada. Very convenient location to all of the sights that Grenada has to offer (beaches are great) but if you decide to stay at your location you will have great views of everything and your own beach…. so what else could you possibly need?
No doubt we will return.
This was my first time to Grenada and I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing place to stay. The hosts Jane and Elvis were the most wonderful friendly people. They made me feel like I was at home. The property is so well kept and offers sun drenched decks as well as shade terraces. The walk from the apartment to what felt like our own private beach was 84 steps to paradise. There are floaties, kayaks and chairs all for your use. The outdoor shower is the best. The glorious sunsets are yours for the taking. I would highly recommend the Sea Glass Place to anyone travelling to Grenada you won’t be disappointed. I will be back for sure?❤️
CloseThis is my third year returning to the Sea Glas Place and we have already booked for 2020 & 2021 so that in itself says “ it all “! Elvis and Jane are truly the most warm and loving people who make it their goal to ensure your holiday is one that you will always cherish even year after year. Every apartment has their own private balcony as well as other tiered decks that look out over the sea where you can enjoy tranquility, the sounds of the waves or swim in a beach front property. The apt. is spotless, well stocked, has comfortable beds and pillows and are continually upgraded. They supply kayaks, floaty’s, great beach towels, barbecues, beach chairs…well everything one would need. The bus stop is a few steps away so it makes it very convenient to get around. The Grenadian people are very friendly and respectful and love to hear how you enjoy their island. We have met new and old friends who share the same admiration for both Elvis and Jane and the thoughtfulness they have to make sure their piece of paradise is a place you will never forget. Miss them already but will see you both next year! With love, Helene
CloseNothing like hanging out in a tropical paradise with loving and fun loving family and friends. This is our third year visiting Jane and Elvis…….. and we will be back! Thank You – Thank You! We loved meeting new friends and remembering old ones. I will leave off with a recently viewed bumper sticker proverb: “Be Kind….to yourself……to others……and to the earth” Peace and Love
CloseSea Glass place is the place to stay if you are looking for something beyond the sameness of the big hotels. The location is superb; there’s a 5min path to the north end of Grand Anse and it’s a 10min bus ride to St. George’s. The property has its own secluded beach with some rocks at one end ideal for snorkelling. The apartments have been meticulously thought out with everything working well – every implement in the kitchen is there to cook any type of meal, comfortable mattresses and pillows, quiet AC, extra towels and facecloths in the bathroom. Elvis and Jane obviously care about their guests and go the extra mile for you. We were welcomed on our first night with local beers from Elvis on the veranda and the following night we received a delicious banana bread with Granadian spices from Jane. It’s a very special place.
CloseWhat a wonderful place and two excellent hosts! We visited in December and Elvis and Jane were truly welcoming and very thoughtful about their guests.
The apartments are perfectly located for popping into town or strolling to Grand Anse beach (a four minute walk away) although the secluded beach at the end of the garden was fabulous! And we enjoyed searching for Sea Glass almost every day and trying out the kayaks. We had everything we needed in the apartment, it was clean and spacious and exactly as described on their website and we felt very safe. Elvis and Jane were always willing to help with local information and advice, invaluable for our first trip to Grenada. It really was like home away from home. Thanks Jane and Elvis!
CloseWhat a magical island get away. We loved everything about our vacation. Out hosts Jane and Elvis made everything so easy and carefree and were so helpful. The bus runs right outside there door was so convenient and fun. The apartments with there private balcony and than all the shared space and beach was such a haven of peace and relaxation and than we met so many wonderful people. Swimming on the beach and the sunsets, it all combined to make a Top vacation spot for us
CloseWe had a wonderful stay- from the magnificent sea glass beach and the ocean waters to the excellent tour suggestions from Jane & Elvis – we had the best time! Not to mention meeting great apartment neighbors and watching the the Patriots semifinal win – we loved the Conch Shell Salute! 🙂
CloseWe loved every minute from the sea glass beach and inviting ocean water to our most comfortable accommodations. So nice to meet you Jane and Elvis – thanks for all your touring suggestions and ideas. We also enjoyed meeting new friends who were our apartment neighbors! Good times all around!! Not to mention the exciting Patriots win in the semifinal game and the Conch Shell salute!! 🙂
CloseWe stayed at Seaglass Place for 3 days in January 2019 and we really loved it!
The best hosts ever!!! They really make you feel so welcome and are so helpful with everything you might need from the very first minute!
The view from your balcony and the sea just a few steps away!
We highly recommend a trip to Grenada and to stay at the Seaglass!
Hope to come back!!!!
Wonderful three unit getaway between St. George’s and Grand Anse Beach. Very comfortable accommodations with a cosy, private beach. Hosts, Elvis and Jane were very attentive to our needs and informative about exploring the island. Taxi drivers Kerry and Warner took care of our transportation/touring needs with humor and expertise!
CloseElvis and Jane provided us with a warm welcome and comfortable accommodation for our first visit to Grenada. We arrived mid-afternoon on Christmas day and, because stores were closed, Jane offered to get some groceries for us. So when we arrived there was food to hold us over, including some delicious Grenadian Black Cake.
Our suite was well-equipped, the king-size bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside on our patio overlooking the ocean, and swimming at their lovely secluded beach. There was a beautiful sunset our first evening followed by a spectacular rainbow the next morning. Great place, great hosts, highly recommended!
This is a place that will always stay in your memory – a small paradise. A swim after waking up, shower next to the beach and the golden apple tree complementing breakfast. A view that you will never get tired of and the most wonderful couple that gives you the feeling of home. Hope to be back here.
CloseThe appartment is well appointed very clean and has everything you will need. The location next to a secluded beach is idilic. There are terraces in the shade and in the sun and facilities for water sports. The hosts Jane and Elvis can’t do enough to make sure you enjoy your stay.
CloseDear Jane and Elvis,
Thanks again for sharing your stunning property and lovely island in the sun with us. We could not have found a better place than Sea Glass to experience Grenada for the first time. We told each other that we really lucked out in finding your place!
We were very taken with the character of the local people who were unfailingly kind and friendly to us. The food was great everywhere we ate. We are already plotting our return to have lobster at Andy’s.
Best Regards,
CloseIf your are looking for peace and quiet, a hide out, and privacy; look no future Sea Glass Place is the place to be. The staff were really helpful and kind. OMG that view was amazing. The place is fully secured – you can’t go wrong
CloseWe stayed in the Flamboyant for a week. What can we say!? The apartment was great and fully stocked. The view and the secluded beach are amazing. You are close to everything yet, you feel all alone. Elvis and Jane are great hosts. They are helpful and go above and beyond to make sure their guests are enjoying themselves. We will definitely stay at Sea Glass the next time we are in Grenada.
See you next time,
Joe and Natalie
Our stay at Sea Glass was great! Elvis and Jane were gracious and helpful hosts, they helped us set up an affordable custom tour, gave us a free rum lesson (which made the ferry ride to Carriacou less fun the next morning!) and brought us the best roti from a lady who sells out everyday. Their backyard paradise is truly unique and was the most memorable part of our entire vacation. We were able to make “island sangria” using almost exclusively fruit from trees in their yard and enjoyed the private beach with late night skinny dipping. It was a short walk to Grand Anse beach and the convenience of the 24 hour bus route and shops and bars a stone’s throw away was key. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped. I would be hugely disappointed when we return to Grenada (which we will) if we could not stay here. On a slightly different note, for those who read this far into the review, Grenada changed me. The people here need to be so proud of who they are as a culture and the rest of the world should take note. Being Canadian, we are often thought of as polite and tolerant. The folks in Grenada take this to the next level, they are overly polite and accommodating and they truly treat people, including each other the way everyone would want to be treated. I cannot thank everyone that we met enough for making this one of the best vacations of my life! Much love and respect!
Cory
CloseI know it’s a strong claim, but we honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay at Sea Glass Place and our hosts Elvis and Jane. The location is absolutely beautiful and we loved having a private beach to enjoy our morning coffee and evening swimming. It is clear that they have spent a lot of time focused on the details of their amenities, from beach chairs, a patio swing, outdoor shower, canoes, ect. The apartment is clean with an AC unit (crucial for my husband) and has it’s own private balcony.
Also, Elvis had so many recommendations on local places to eat and even helped us book a massage appointment and lobster cruise, both of which were perfect! Since Elvis grew up there he has so much interesting knowledge of the island and it’s history, a real pleasure to talk to. They are a completely delightful couple and I hope we get the opportunity to visit again. I would highly recommend their place for anyone wanting to experience Grenada.
CloseSo if you’re wondering whether to book or not, just book it! The second that we arrived at Elvis and Jane’s beautiful home, we started pinching ourselves. Such a wonderful, gorgeous, exceptional experience! We came to do a week-long cruise on the Mandalay, but frankly, I think I would’ve preferred to stay with them the whole time! The apartment is perfect. Fantastic balcony above a secluded beach. The outside shower was so cool we never used the inside one. Elvis and Jane are fun, interesting, accommodating and hilarious! So many personal touches…this location cannot be beat. Warning to you Elvis and Jane…We will be back! Much love, Cliff & Katy.
CloseCould not recommend Sea Glass Place enough! Elvis and Jane treated us like family, and hooked us up with the best activities, restaurants, etc. around! The room was clean and comfortable, and the view can’t be beat! We will definitely be coming back!
CloseIf you like small, beautiful and private, Sea Glass Place on Grenada would be for you.
It’s absolutely amazing what the hosts, Jane and Elvis, have done with this seaside property in a short number of years. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the property as a whole sits directly above a secluded beach with a staircase to the water’s edge. There are sailboats in the harbor and mountains in the background , and there is probably no more peaceful place on the island.
But the best part are the hosts, Jane and Elvis, who are outgoing, friendly and accommodating in every respect. A most enjoyable vacation.
CloseIf you are looking to leave your stress behind then this is place. The beach is semi private giving you the ability to relax and enjoy yourself while soaking in the sun. There are multiple decks to kick back, watch the boats pass by and feel the wind flow through the air. However, the best part of it all are the sunsets. It is a remarkable thing to see every night, the sky turns vibrant colors of red, yellow, orange, pink, and blue. It makes you think you are in painting or magazine that you wish could come true.
CloseJe recommande hautement cet endroit pour passer un sejour de rêve à Grenada! I highly recommend Sea Glass Place! It is truly a magical place with the most amazing views, the best hosts and excellent facilities. The best is the private beach at the foot of the property with shimmering turquoise waters. Elvis and Jane have done an outstanding job at providing unbeatable accomodation to anyone lucky enough to stay Sea Glass. Many thanks from myself and Kim!
CloseWe stayed at Sea Glass for a week at the beginning of July. The place was exactly what we expected from the online description. Clean and cozy room with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner, and a lovely, private beach with all the amenities (beach chairs, kayaks) one needs to fully enjoy it.
The hosts, Jane and Elvis, are very friendly, hospitable and always helpful with giving advices or tips on places to see, things to do, or great spots to grab a bite. We really appreciated this part of our staying since we rented a car and explored the island.
The location of Sea Glass is very convenient; restaurants are within walking distance and grocery stores as well as major shopping plaza are within quick drive or bus ride.
On the final note – nothing beats the view of the Caribbean Sea from the balcony! We highly recommend this place and plan on coming back!
CloseMy husband and I where very fortunate to stay in the Tamarind Apt. for 2 weeks. Where does someone start when a vacation turns into a “dream”! The apartment was immaculately clean and kitchen stocked with every essential possible. The bus stops at your door step taking you to anywhere on the island. Grand Anse beach is a 10 minute walk however the “Sea Glass Place” has its own private beach with lawn chairs, kayaks, 4 decks, and views of the sea and harbor that are breath taking. Elvis and Jane have to be the very best and truly caring hosts we have ever met! Passerby’s one evening stopped at their parking lot view to ask if it was a bar and could buy a drink? So sorry for those people as you have to rent here to Enjoy. We moved to the Flamboyant Apt. for another month so PLEASE read my review.
Arms stretched wide to you both both, Mom, and all the wonderful Grenadian people!
See you next year,
Helene and Bill
